Credit to the cleaners and maids who really don’t leave any stone unturned; their attention to detail is applaudable. Thanks for for making us feel comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome location, very friendly staff and super clean. However, the mattresses are too soft (so as the pillows) and there's no air condition. We also had an issue with the current in the shower.

The location is excellent , breakfast super and all staff were extremely helpful even in advance of our arrival the efficient response to emails was very very good. We will def return when visiting Vienna again thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant hotel. Good rooms, en-suite in every room. Great breakfast selection especially on weekends. The location is absolutely flawless, you are right next to all of the main shops in Vienna. Beautiful location. Staff here are absolutely fantastic and go out of their way to make sure you enjoy your stay and you are comfortable.
