F	Florina Nelu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Așa ceva nu se poate, am depus cererea pentru un pașaport la un minor deja in luna Aprilie iar de atuncea am tot urmărit zilnic ca să fac programare pentru a merge in Vienna dar ce să vedeți nici urmă de a găsi vreun termin liber. Zilele trecute am sunat ca să văd ce se întâmplă de nu apar termine dar ce să vedeți mi-a răspuns un domn parcă plictisit de viață și mă ia peste picior că este vina mea că eu nu știu să caut ca să îmi dea terminele și îmi Închide telefonul ? deci așa ceva nu se poate. This is not possible, I applied for a passport to a minor already in April and since then I have been watching daily to make an appointment to go to Vienna, but what can you see, no way to find a free term. The other day I called to see what happens if there are no deadlines, but what to see, a gentleman answered me as if bored with life and takes me by the leg that it is my fault that I do not know how to look to give me the deadlines and Turn off the phone ? so this is not possible.
I	Ionut Fig on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La 02:00 noaptea, am sunat la numarul de urgenta al Ambasadei si mi-a raspuns o doamnă extraordinar de amabilă ! Problema me : un sofer cu atestate si-a pierdut buletinul si trebuia sa-si continue drumul spre Olanda ! Fara act de identitate si fara pasaport, ar fi fost riscant ! Doamna a cerut datele soferului si mi-a spus sa vina dimineata la ora 8 la Ambasada ! La 8, l-au strigat si in 2 ore i am inmanat pasaportul provizoriu ( val 1 an) ( 20 €). S-au comportat ireprosabil. Le multumesc pe aceasta cale tuturor celor care ne-au intins o mana de ajutor ! Niste oameni deosebiti ! RESPECT At 02:00 at night, I called the embassy emergency number and an extraordinarily kind lady answered! My problem: a certified driver lost his ticket and had to continue his journey to Holland! Without an identity card and without a passport, it would have been risky! The lady asked for the driver's details and told me to come to the Embassy at 8 o'clock in the morning! At 8, they called him and in 2 hours I handed him the temporary passport (1 year wave) (20 €). They behaved impeccably. I would like to thank all those who helped us! Some special people! RESPECT

Personal foarte îngâmfat și răspunsuri sictirite, după 3 ore de sunat răspunde o doamna care nu știe de ce s-a angajat acolo, și te ia peste picior. Doamna de la cancelarie angajați-vă la curierat dacă nu sunteți mulțumită de serviciul dumneavoastră. Nu recomand și nici nu voi mai apela vreodata??? I would give 0 stars but it is not possible. Very arrogant staff and sly answers, after 3 hours of calling, a lady who doesn't know why she got hired answers, and takes you by the leg. Madam Chancellor, hire a courier if you are not satisfied with your service. I do not recommend and I will never call again???

Plus cu ce oameni au de a face nu ma mira faptul ca nu au și un psiholog acolo. :)) Cu toate astea au fost amabili! Very pleased! I received the appointment quite hard but it's understandable! Plus I'm not surprised what people are dealing with because they don't have a psychologist there. :)) However they were kind!
G	Gabi B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stand in sala de așteptare si văzând cu ce au de a face bieții functionari publici, ma intreb care e rata de suicid la nivelul lor. Isi dau toata silinta sa serveasca pe toți cei programați și uneori fac si excepții, însă atitudinea publicului este deplorabilă. Multa rabdare si sănătate le doresc Standing in the waiting room and seeing what the poor civil servants have to do with, I wonder what the suicide rate is at their level. They do their best to serve all those scheduled and sometimes they make exceptions, but the attitude of the public is deplorable. I wish them a lot of patience and health
