Wir wurden von den Mitarbeitern der Botschaft am Telefon sehr freundlich und korrekt behandelt. Auch versprochene Rückrufe, fanden meistens noch am selben Tag statt. Dies kann ich leider nicht von jeder Sri Lanka Botschaft (sagen wir mal in Europa) behaupten. Vielen herzlichen Dank.
Thank you very much for your help, as well as the information regarding the return trip from a national to his home country. We were treated very kindly and correctly by the embassy staff on the phone. Even promised callbacks usually took place on the same day. Unfortunately, I cannot say this about every Sri Lankan embassy (let's say in Europe). Many many thanks.

By phone and also in person at the Embassy in Vienna, Mrs. Subhani Ariyasena is always ready to help. Despite repeated questions about the documents, she is ready to immediately explain what you need, nothing is difficult for her and she tells you very clearly what you need (for example, a visa or passport).
I think the Embassy can be very proud to have such a professional and friendly person as Mrs. Subhani Ariyasena.
