★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zelo prijazni in ustrežljivi.Parkirali smo ob cesti,pred ambasado.Vse smo uredili,v zelo kratkem času.Zraven je veliko drugih ambasad.Na drugi strani ceste je čudovit park,z odlično restavracijo.V neposredni bližini je tudi Indijska restavracija.Malo nižje je lekarna in supermarket Billa.
Very friendly and helpful. We parked by the road, in front of the embassy. We arranged everything in a very short time. There are many other embassies. On the other side of the road is a beautiful park with a great restaurant. There is also an Indian restaurant nearby. is a pharmacy and supermarket Bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Сервисом очень доволен, работают компетентные люди знающие своё дело. Из замечаний могу отметить то что долгое время не работал официальный сайт и тяжело было найти в поисковой системе google часы работы посольства. Обновлние: сайт уже работает всё логочно и понятно на русском языке.
I am very satisfied with the service, competent people who know their business work. From the comments, I can note that the official website did not work for a long time and it was hard to find the embassy's opening hours in the google search engine. Update: the site is already working all logically and understandably in Russian.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Попал в ситуацию и пытался дозвониться а посольство, время было 12 часов дня, ни один из указанных номеров не ответил и даже дежурный консул и дежурная линия молчат. Это позорище! Люди звонят в посольство чтобы не от "хорошей жизни" ,а чтобы облегчить те или иные процедуры, а работники посольства являясь бюджетниками и получают свои зарплаты из нашего же кармана и просто не берут трубку, не посольство ,а ПОЗОРИЩЕ!!!
I got into a situation and tried to call the embassy, the time was 12 noon, none of the indicated numbers answered, and even the consul on duty and the line on duty were silent. It's a shame! People call the embassy not because of the "good life", but to facilitate certain procedures, and the embassy employees, being state employees, receive their salaries from our own pockets and simply do not pick up the phone, not the embassy, but a SHAME !!!

Leider mussten wir aus Vorarlberg anreisen, weil es dem Konsulat nicht möglich war uns eine in Kasachstan beantragte Geburtsurkunde per Post zukommen zu lassen.
Wir mussten also 6 Stunden Fahrt auf uns nehmen und das gleiche nochmal zurück.?
Es muss doch eine Möglichkeit geben, dass die Leute ihre Papiere auf einem sicheren Weg erhalten...??♂️???
We had an appointment and we got it right away!
Unfortunately we had to travel from Vorarlberg because the consulate was unable to send us a birth certificate requested in Kazakhstan by post.
So we had to drive 6 hours and do the same back again
Surely there has to be a way that people get their papers in a safe way ... ??♂️ ???
