Staff too incapable of reading ... was asked several times to bring the back of a document even though it was already there.

I called because of information so insolent that the lady said only one word without listening and simply hung up without words ?

The whole workforce has to be exchanged. Very rude and inhumane. While I had to wait for my number drawn, I was sitting in the garden. Just above the garden is a small balcony on which every 10-15 a gentleman appears, who is responsible for federal affairs (Askerlik). This smokes a cigarette on the balcony every 10-15. But he does not get ashamed, it means waiting for customers. I did not care when I spoke to him. Even factually, he could not help me further. One has the right feeling that he does not want. Information is poor, humanity is deficient ...... just amazing that such a person may even work there.

You can come and see this bıilding by the tram D. Building is opposite Of Belvedere Palace. There is some parking problems. It is better to come by walk or by public transport.
