Io avevo bisogno di informazioni importanti per attraversare l'Austria e ritornare dato che c'è stato il corona virus ho pensato di chiamare l'ambasciata. Davvero non me l'aspettavo, l'ambasciata italiana a Berlino è 100000000000000 volte meglio sono sempre pronti a rispondere a tutte le domande e ad aiutare un connazionale che ha bisogno di risposte. Menomale che non vivrò mai a Vienna! The lady who answered the phone was really rude, she dismissed me in two seconds, no desire and she immediately hung up the phone as if she were in a hurry, not even goodbye. I needed important information to cross Austria and to return since there was the crown virus I thought of calling the embassy. I really did not expect it, the Italian embassy in Berlin is 100000000000000 times better they are always ready to answer all the questions and to help a compatriot who needs answers. Luckily I will never live in Vienna!

Nella zona centrale di Vienna raggiungibile a piedi per fare una bella passeggiata ed ammirare i suoi palazzi.. I mezzi di trasporto sono vicinissimi. Beautiful experience we were hosted here for an unforgettable and international art event. They were very courteous. An excellent welcome. In the central area of Vienna reachable on foot to take a nice walk and admire its buildings .. The means of transport are very close.

Ho chiamato tutta la settimana, facendo circa 30 telefonate nella fascia oraria prescritta. Non sono mai riuscito a parlare con nessuno The phone number should be reachable from 1330 to 1500. After 1min and 30 seconds of waiting the line drops. I've been calling all week, making about 30 phone calls within the prescribed time slot. I've never been able to talk to anyone

Ne abbiamo inviata una per ricevere informazioni sul nostro viaggio e hanno risposto subito (mandata la mattina e ricevuto risposta nel primo pomeriggio). If you have any doubts, write an email! We sent one to receive information about our trip and they replied right away (sent in the morning and received an answer in the early afternoon).

Wenn ich da an meine Frau denke mit den deutschen Behörden, dann ist das vorbildlich. Auch die Online-Registrierung und Terminvergabe ist gut, allerdings kommt man manchmal nicht rein und erst nach 20 Uhr. Aber per mail bekam ich immer binnen 24h Rückmeldung! kann nur sagen "molto bene" Many thanks to Sig. Online registration and appointment scheduling is also good, but sometimes you can't get in and only after 8 p.m. But I always got a response by email within 24 hours! can only say "molto bene"

C	C. T.G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: I was finally able to get in touch with someone from the Passport section on the phone and she was very nice and helpful so I upgraded from one to two stars. But still, taking 2 months and not answering inquiries via e-mail is not ok -- they have to work on improving this. Original review: I applied for an Italian passport for my daughter and I'm having an absolutely horrendous experience. I feel like I'm being scammed. We sent the payment already and all the documents but it's been almost 2 months now, 4 e-mails sent to follow-up, and God knows how many calls (can never connect) -- ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE. I have never in my life encountered an embassy like this. It's like they don't exist.
