A	A S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Der Hotline-Mitarbeiter ist unverschämt und Gefährdung von Kindern! Finger weg!!! Ich habe hier ein Taxi vorbestellt. In den Bemerkungen habe ich angekündigt, dass wir einen Kindersitz für ein 2,5-jähriges Kind benötigen. Danach habe ich mich zusätzlich telefonisch rückversichert. "Alles gar kein Problem." hieß es. Als im Anschluss eine Preiskorrektur von 25 auf 29 € per Mail kam dachte ich das läge am Sitz. Bei Ankunft gab es dann die Wahl zwischen Babyschale und einer simplen Sitzerhöhung. Also rief ich wieder bei der Hotline an. Der Herr am Telefon (ich würde behaupten der Gleiche wie beim ersten Kontakt) teilte mir mit, dass sie nichts anderes hätten und die Sitzerhöhung eh ausreichend sei. Das man als Anbieter von Personentransporten die landeseigenen Transportrichtlinien für Kinder nicht kennt und dem Kunden gegenüber dann auch noch aggressiv wird macht mich fassungslos. Das ich danach auf den vermeintlichen Mehrpreis für den Kindersitz verwies und man mir mitteilte, dass sich der Mehrpreis auf meiner fehlerhaften Buchung begründet sei nur am Rande erwähnt. Wie man bei der Buchung in einer fest vorgegebenen Maske falsch buchen kann konnte er mir auch nicht erklären, nur dass der Fehler bei mir läge. Das Auto war tatsächlich größer als gebucht aber ich wäre auch mit dem kleineren zufrieden gewesen. Der Mehrpreis ist mir also bis jetzt nicht plausibel. Then I also reinsured myself by phone. "No problem at all." it was said. When a price correction from 25 to 29 € came by mail I thought that would be the seat. On arrival there was a choice between baby seat and a simple booster seat. So I called the hotline again. The gentleman on the phone (I would say the same as the first contact) told me that they had nothing else and the booster seat was sufficient anyway. The fact that as a provider of passenger transport, the national transport guidelines for children does not know and then the customer is also aggressive then makes me stunned. I then referred to the supposed extra price for the car seat and they told me that the extra charge based on my faulty booking was mentioned only marginally. As you can book wrong when booking in a fixed mask he could not explain to me, only that the mistake would be mine. The car was actually larger than booked but I would have been happy with the smaller one. So far, the additional price is not plausible to me.

Bei Anruf meldete sich ein verschlafener Mann, der mir erst nach ein paar Minuten mitteilen konnte, dass am Vortag eine Stornierung durchgeführt wurde und er dachte diese würde meine Buchung betreffen. Ich soll mir ein Taxi über 31300 bestellen. Sehr unfreundlich und unverlässlich! NICHT BUCHEN!!!!! Had ordered taxi for 06:30, it did not come! When calling a sleepy man, who told me after a few minutes, that the day before a cancellation was made and he thought this would affect my booking. I should order a taxi over 31300. Very rude and unreliable! DO NOT BOOK !!!!!
G	G-F J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich werde seit nun mehr über 2 Jahren Pünktlich jeden Montag um 5:00 Uhr morgens abgeholt. Ich wurde noch nie "versetzt". 2mal konnte der Fahrer nicht rechtzeitig bei mir sein, und so wurde mir ein normales Taxi bestellt. Diese verlangen zwar den höheren Preis, die Differenz zum ausgemachten Flughafen-Taxi-Preis bekam ich anstandslos zurück bzw. wurde mir bei der nächsten Fahrt abgezogen. Bin wirklich sehr zufrieden. I have been picked up punctually every Monday at 5:00 am for more than 2 years now. I have never been "transferred". The driver could not be with me twice in time, so a normal taxi was ordered. Although they charge the higher price, the difference to the agreed airport taxi price I got back without hesitation or was deducted on the next trip. I'm really happy.

Habe das Taxi online bestellt und sogar eine Buchungsbestätigung per Mail erhalten. Dementsprechend groß war die Überraschung als zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt (3:15 Uhr in der Früh) niemand gekommen ist. Mehrmahlige Anrufversuche blieben erfolglos - habe bis dato auch keinen Rückruf erhalten. Würden wir nicht in der Wiener Innenstadt wohnen und somit kurzfristig die Dienste von Uber in Anspruch nehmen können, wäre unser zweiwöchiger Urlaub aufgrund dieses unzuverlässigen Unternehmens ins Wasser gefallen! Accordingly, the surprise was big when nobody came at the agreed time (3:15 in the morning). Several attempts to call were unsuccessful - so far I have not received a callback. If we weren't living in downtown Vienna and thus being able to use Uber's services at short notice, our two-week vacation would have fallen through because of this unreliable company!

Will not be using this service again.
