Comienzo de la llamada me dijo que me contactara con otra embajada para luego ofrecer su ayuda (la cual nunca recibí) como dicen en Panamá se estaba pasando la bola. Necesitan mejor personal.
 Very bad service over the phone, they hung me up and they could not help me. She was a very rude girl, she talked above me and she did not let me explain. Al. Start of the call told me to contact another embassy and then offer their help (which I never received) as they say in Panama the ball was being passed. They need better staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe gerade mit der panamesischen Botschaft telefonisch gesprochen und kann die schlechten Bewertungen meiner Vorgänger nicht nachvollziehen. Der Herr am Telefon war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich mir gegenüber. Nun vielleicht ist es so wie man in den Wald ruft so kommt es zurück;o)
I have just spoken to the Panamanian embassy over the phone and cannot understand the bad reviews from my predecessors. The man on the phone was very, very helpful and friendly towards me. Well maybe it's like calling the forest so it comes back; o)
