Konnten einen 120€ Schuh, der für ein paar Stunden getragen wurde und aufgrund von Schmerzen umgetauscht werden sollte, trotz Rechnung nicht zurück geben, weil der Karton fehlte."Die Kollegin mit den braunen Locken hat Ihnen wahrscheinlich nicht gesagt, dass Sie den Karton behalten müssen." Wir wurden über Nichts im Vorfeld informiert und auf Kulanz ist in diesem Store leider nicht zu hoffen. Ich habe selbst jahrelang im Verkauf gearbeitet, aber so wurde niemals mit KundInnen umgegangen. Dem Firmenchef lege ich ans Herz, seinen Verkäufer in Sachen Kundenumgang erneut zu schulen, denn mit seinem Freund herablassende Grinser auszutauschen, dabei belehrend zu sein und den Kunden im Anschluss des Stores zu verweisen, finde ich dann doch zu viel des Guten. Für diesen Store gebe ich kein Geld mehr aus und kann von diesem, wenn Sie Wert auf kompetente und kulante Verkäufer legen, nur abraten. 15 hours agoNEW The company philosophy seems to be here - quote the young salesman: "Life is just unfair." We were not informed about anything in advance and unfortunately we cannot hope for goodwill in this store. I worked in sales for years myself, but that was never how customers were treated. I recommend to the head of the company to train his salesperson again in terms of dealing with customers, because exchanging condescending grins with his friend, being instructive and referring customers to the store afterwards, I find too much of a good thing. I don't spend any more money on this store and can only advise against it if you value competent and accommodating salespeople.

Der Umtausch war, mit Karton und natürlich ungetragen, überhaupt kein Problem. Ich komme sicher bald wieder! Large selection, nice staff, good service. After buying it, I noticed at home that the shoe was unfortunately a bit too small for me. The exchange was, with cardboard and of course unworn, no problem at all. I'll be back soon for sure!

I went to the shop and was truing to change the pair, a seller told that there is no this size in a stock and they have to order it. I have been waiting for few days and when I came they gave me the same sneakers. They just glue it and gave me back. In addition, they were trying to convince me that this is a new one. When I asked for my money back the seller told me that it is not possible and just gave me a voucher which i have to use in the same shop. I am so unsatisfied, they just fooling people!

I bought a pair that when I tried them at the hotel was uncomfortable so I brought them back next day impeccable. The girl didn't want to give me my money back and even when I told her to call her manager he said no as well and told me those were the Austrian rules. Basically a lie. I had to buy a more expensive pair so I didn't lose my money.
