Kaufen kann man heutzutage nahezu überall. Durch das Internet ist die Welt zu einem leicht erreichbaren Kaufmannsladen geworden. Lediglich ein Klick öffnet alle Türen. Wozu also ein Ladengeschäft? Wozu überhaupt noch Mitarbeiter? Geht ja eh fast alles schon automatisch...Das entscheidende Zauberwort "SERVICE!". Flankiert man gutes Service mit Empathie, Sorgfalt und marktgerechten Angeboten, wird das mit Sicherheit das Erfolgsmodell in der Zukunft des Handels. Und genau hier zeigt man bereits wie´s geht. Beim Siedeln ist das Ladegerät meiner Kamera irgendwo verloren gewesen. Daraufhin, patriotisch wie sich´s für einen ordentlichen Österreicher gehört, bestellte ich: 1. Am Freitag hier meine Ladestation. Eine halbe Stunde später kommt mein Schatzl ins Büro, hält die doch noch gefundene Station in Händen. Ich, wiederum eine halbe Stunde später ersuche das Unternehmen die Bestellung zu stornieren. Montag um ca. 7:30 Uhr die Nachricht: Wir haben storniert. Montag um 08:06 Uhr Mail von Paypal- Geld wurde rück- überwiesen. Das nenne ich mal eine hervorragende Serviceleistung auf allerhöchsten Niveau! FAZIT: "Chapeau", `Genau so und nicht anders werdet Ihr Erfolg haben. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

And this is exactly where you can already show how it's done. My camera's charger was lost somewhere while settling. Then, patriotic as it should be for a decent Austrian, I ordered: 1. My charging station here on Friday. Half an hour later, my darling comes into the office, holding the station that I have found in her hands. Again half an hour later I ask the company to cancel the order. Monday at around 7:30 a.m. the message: We have canceled. Monday at 08:06 am Mail from PayPal money was sent back. That's what I call excellent service at the very highest level! CONCLUSION: "Chapeau", `This is exactly how you will be successful. Again any time!
