Nach 4 Monaten war er defekt, wurde ausgetauscht, nach 9 Monaten wieder defekt und dann die Böse "Überraschung" die Garantie beträgt bei diesem Produkt nur 12 Monate und nicht 24 Monate. Beim Kauf wurde ich aber darauf nicht hingewiesen. Keine Kulanz, sehr unfreundlich und herablassend auch noch, bedeutet für mich nie wieder Hartlauer, mit meinem Geld suche ich mir aus wo ich kaufe. Nun kam ich hin und musste feststellen, die Kamera hat weder ein USB Kabel zum Transfer von Daten auf den Computer noch eine Speicherkarte. Zudem kostet sie plötzlich 100 Euro mehr weil die Aktion praktischerweise abgelaufen ist, worüber mich niemand informiert hat. Vielen Dank dafür! Service und Hilfe in letzter Minute waren kein Problem. hatte ein Fotobuch bestellt dabei ein paar Fotos übersehen. Mir wurde das Buch zurückgeschickt um nochmals zu überarbeiten. Danke nochmals Friendly, best advice and help, I also give Hartlauer 5 stars in general. Last minute service and help was not a problem. had ordered a photo book while overlooking a few photos. Wollte mich erkundigen wegen einer Kamera für mich , der Mann der mich beraten hat Kamm mir eher sehr genervt vor und nahm mich nicht ernst , hab mich so unwohl gefühlt. Irgendwie wollte er mir nichts zeigen oder näher auf was eingehen , ich weiß nicht wie ich es besser erklären soll aber ich denke ihr wisst was ich meine . Ich dachte mir nur für die lausige Beratung kann ich mich im Internet selbst schlauer machen und dort bestellen da braucht wirklich keiner den Laden betreten . Normal schreib ich nie Rezensionen , war eigentlich mit Vorfreude im City Park weil ich mir was gönnen wollte , aber das hat mir der Hartlauer genommen .
