★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben eine Couch gekauft.
Ausverkaufspreis 750€... nicht wirklich günstig.
Nach ca 2 Jahren haben wir reklamiert, da die Couch extreme Unebenheiten aufwies.
Es ging um Höhenunterschiede von 7 cm!!!
Uns wurde ein Sachverständiger geschickt (es könnte ja unser Verschulden sein!?)
Dieser nicht wirklich kompetente Mann meinte dann, das ist eine Couch die man alle 1-2 Monate "aufschütteln" muss.
Aber er versichere uns, er gäbe die Reklamation weiter.
Wir haben NIE eine Rückmeldung erhalten!!!
Für so ein großes und bekanntes Unternehmen wirklich unverschämt und traurig.
Nie mehr werden wir bei KIKA einkaufen!!!
1 Stern ist immer noch viel zu hoch bewertet.
 We bought a couch.
Sale price € 750 ... not really cheap.
After about 2 years we complained because the couch had extreme bumps.
It was about height differences of 7 cm!
An expert was sent to us (it could be our fault !?)
This not really competent man said that this is a couch that you have to "shake" every 1-2 months.
But he assured us that he would pass the complaint on.
We have NEVER received any feedback !!!
For such a large and well-known company, it is really outrageous and sad.
We will never buy from KIKA again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn will man etwas retournieren, man fühlt sich genau so wie ein S...., so professionell reden die Mitarbeiter und so behandeln die Mitarbeiter die Kunden welchen Retour Ware bringen. So Schade... Produkte sind echt schön aber die Atmosphäre ist sehr komisch dort! Werde nie wieder dort was kaufen...
If you want to return something, you feel just like an S ..., that's how professional the employees talk and that's how the employees treat the customers who return goods. What a shame ... the products are really nice but the atmosphere is very strange there! Will never buy anything there again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Preise sind schon sehr exklusiv ,ab und zu kann mann doch das gewisse Schnäppchen machen ist aber sehr selten.
Restaurant: ist irgendwie versteckt im obersten Stock hinter den Ausstellern versteckt. Das Restaurant selbst ist nicht offen und unübersichtlich.Dies hat zur Folge,dass die Kellner kommende Kundschaften sehr spät bzw gar nicht sehen(+30min Wartezeit)bzw zu Gesicht bekommen und dann gehen.
Wenn dass Service Personal erst einmal die Bestellung aufgenommen hat ist die Wartezeit dann eh angenehm kurz.
Der Burger ist Rustikal mit einem Vollkornbrot und guten Pattie Salat co. Und ne große Portion Pommes ist es der Hammer, besser als bei der Konkurrenz (XXXL...). mit dem Preis Leistung bin ich vollstens zufrieden.
ABER! Bei Räumungsverkäufen, Inventurverkauf,... sind 3 Kellner/ Servicepersonal schon sehr wenig für so einen Ansturm.
Toiletten gleich wie in Restaurant fehlt es bei den Wcs an Klopapier uvm... Bei solch Verkäufen wäre es ratsam öfters diese Kontrollieren zu lassen ;).
Service und Beratung ist soweit gut gewesen aber eben für etwas größeren Budget.
The prices are very exclusive, but from time to time you can make a certain bargain, but it is very rare.
Restaurant: is kinda tucked away on the top floor behind the exhibitors. The restaurant itself is not open and confusing. As a result, the waiters see incoming customers very late or not at all (+30 minutes waiting time) or see them and then leave.
Once the service staff has taken the order, the waiting time is pleasantly short anyway.
The burger is rustic with a whole wheat bread and good pattie salad co. And a large portion of fries is awesome, better than the competition (XXXL...). I am completely satisfied with the price-performance ratio.
BUT! With clearance sales, inventory sales,... 3 waiters/service staff are very little for such a rush.
Toilets the same as in the restaurant, the toilets lack toilet paper and much more... With such sales, it would be advisable to have them checked more often ;).
Service and advice has been good so far, but for a slightly larger budget.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beratung, Freundlichkeit und Geduld aller MitarbeiterInnen ist aussergewöhnlich gut! (selbst wenn viel los ist, man kurz vor Geschäftsschluss noch etwas will, und dann an der Kasse noch einen Stau verursacht...)
Advice, friendliness and patience of all employees is exceptionally good! (Even if it's busy, you want something just before closing time, and then cause a traffic jam at the checkout...)
