W	Wayne Tucker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic! My wife and I loved it here. The rooms are spacious and bright, with views of the city and the mountains. Everything looks new from the couch and chairs to the bed, and bathroom fixtures. Staff is super friendly and helpful, probably the most friendly we've encountered in this part of our trip. At check in, took the time to highlight all the best places to visit on the map, and then added a number of restaurants. We ate at several and they were also fantastic. Breakfast was excellent, so many choices! Breakfast staff helpful too, with coffee and tea. Parking was a little tricky. You park in the main tourist parking garage, and there is an area for the hotel, with a door marked hotel that you have to use to go to the hotel. My wife and I are Marriott titanium elite and lifetime platinum. Definitely felt like they valued our status, which hasn't been the same elsewhere. When stays are this great, we definitely will add more. This is a great value and a great place for couples and families. We definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again.

Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, Dinner was more a snack menu but there are plenty of restaurants nearby, there is absolutely nothing not to like about this hotel
E	Eric on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view of the mountains from the top floor balcony is incredible. The hotel is nice walking distance from every thing downtown and the staff was great. The bartender had never heard of a Dark and Stormy before - I described it, she innovated a little, and gave me the best Dark and Stormy I've ever had. Very impressed. Especially with Thomas at the front desk - very good example of a stellar Marriott employee.

What truly sets this hotel apart from anywhere I have ever stayed is the customer service. It is honestly second to none. The staff will go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. I will definitely be staying here again!! A special shout out to Payman! Thank you so much for your personal touch!!!

The hotel is super modern and renovated..the spa area has a wonderful sauna and steam room state of the art. But what makes this place more special is the staff! They go the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable with your stay! Shout out to Kevin and ethstatiious who went above and beyond the call of duty :-) If I could give 10 stars I would.
C	Claudia Hess on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for the third time at the AC Hotel by Marriott in Innsbruck and once again, the stay was an absolute bliss. The hotel is very central, close to the train station, but you can also park your car in the underground garage if you arrived by car. The room was spacious and cleaned unobtrusively every day. The air-conditioned gym is open 24 hours and has everything you need for a workout. The spa/wellness area was very calm as well as hygienic and clean, it offers a relaxation area, a steam bath and a Finnish sauna. Last but not least I want to emphasise the remarkable breakfast we had every day. The range of food is vast and the options differ slightly every day so that can always find something new. In my opinion, the best part of the hotel are the staff members who tended to our every needs. Everybody is super friendly and you really feel like they do everything to make your stay comfortable and quite an exquisite experience.
A	Aish Goyal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay at the AC Hotel Innsbruck was excellent. Rooms are sufficiently big and equipped with what you need for a comfortable stay. Best part of our high floor room were the beautiful mountain views from the room. Just amazing. Even if you don't have a direct view from your room, each floor has a balcony where you can get a 360 degree view of the city (there are two balconies on each end of the corridor). The staff were generally very helpful and accommodating of your requests (we were traveling with a small baby and needed baby's food warmed up which they were happy to do in their restaurant). Breakfast buffet was very economical and had good options. Location of this hotel is just one block away from the no-car zone of the old town of Innsbruck city, so this hotel is very centrally located and close to the heart of the city with all the attractions, food and culture. Parking is below the hotel but is managed by the city and was 20 Euros per days when we stayed (no in and out privileges) but I guess that's the cost of staying close to the old town/heart of the city. Overall a very nice stay with very helpful and kind staff members! Would be happy to visit again!
