Exceptionally good. Friendly, helpful, speedy and perfect work. Had the screen of a Note 9 replaced. Job was done the same day. Battery was changed with compliments. I was amazed.

Helpful and friendly staff, but this is probably the only positive thing about this place. Had to replace the screen on my GalaxyS8, which worked fine. However, they managed to scratch the whole back surface of my phone together the newly installed screen and to completely mess up the sound in the earpiece. The earpiece issue was fixed week later but they managed to scratch the new screen AGAIN in 3 different places. In my opinion, this kind of service in unacceptable for an official Samsung center. Technicians should know how to handle the device without causing so much damage to it. Deeply unsatisfied. Reply: my order #18070217 Moreover, a week later after my phone was repaired I also found out that the lid on the back was not closing properly, so I had to go to a different service center and repair it. The level of unprofessionalism in Samsung Service Center is just insane, I really did not expect that. Strongly do not recommend.

it is very strange how different the experiences are, even for me, 2 visits and 2 totally different experiences... I guess it depends on whom you get as a service person... Will skip my first visit only because the second one beats any service center of any company I dealt with in my life. Came in the morning with a broken phone, nice, polite and efficient service, was told that it takes about 4-5 working days which by itself is unseen in service centers. A few hours later got an SMS that my phone was repaired and ready for pick-up. Impressive!

Worst guarantee & support ever seen from Samsung service and its official repair shop. After my recent purchase, a brand new Galaxy Note 8 where the screen cracked after a week by just having some small pressure inside the pocket (many people had a similar problem just by Googling across internet and their call center would tell me best is to go to their official shop for a further analysis). The screen was cracked without apparent reason (maybe too tight inside the pocket but was always carried inside a case, enough protection to keep it safe and where there was no fall). From the shop they could not do anything even after my whole fair explanation of a well-known issue, cracked screens without falls. The ONLY solution provided to my case was to pay 350€ more for a screen repair or leave the place, no respect to the whole faithful explanation, they left me without any choice at all and continued saying it was my fault... very bad support service from the shop and Samsung overall and returning back to Apple's iPhone where support is 100 times better and care about customers. My first experience with Samsung products is clear after all, all made to rip-off peoples money without caring about later faulty damages.

Lost all my data and thousands of photos of because they "didn't think it worth mentioning" that a factory reset would render my SD card useless due to encryption. A simple, "Be sure to unincrypt your SD card before giving us your phone". would have sufficed.

My fold 2 wouldn't open anymore completely. There were a few degrees missing. I went to a Samsung service center on a friday afternoon. They fixed my phone and I received it on monday. I suspect if I gave it in monday morning I would get it back the same day. They replaced the screen and hinge, battery and back glass. All under warranty. Overall great experience and my phone is like new

The online claim they make, that you can take your repaired phone with you on the same day is not true. It takes 3-5 working days (Saturday not included) 2 things that I hoped would be better: 1; after I dropped off my phone, it took them 24 hours to start the "process of getting it repaired" at which point 2; they had to order a screen for my S10 - which should have been in stock in my opinion. 2.5 maybe; the screen protector I had them install (30€) was not yet on my phone when I came to pick it up AND leaves a sizable gap on the edge of the screen, I will definitely not buy that again. My experience in the shop was fine. I had to wait a little bit, but while you do you can play with the newest and hottest Samsung phones.

If I have to repair my display, I would have to leave my phone in the shop for 2 weeks... until they inform when it can be replaced...Let's think about this idea for a moment... its absolutely ridiculous!! Why on earth can't they let me know when the display is available (or I make a downpayment), so that I don't need to unnecessarily leave it sitting idle in the shop... I would give the shop 0 stars if I could. Its embarrassing!
