★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Filiale im ATRIO ist im Gegensatz zu jener in den City Arkaden Klagenfurt (30.3.2022....10h 30....unterbesetzt und z.T im stand by modus) zumindest um den Kunden im Team sehr bemüht !!! Z.B die mich bedienende Fr. USCHI.....
 In contrast to the one in the City Arkaden Klagenfurt (March 30th, 2022....10:30 a.m.....understaffed and partly in stand-by mode), the branch in the ATRIO is at least very concerned about the customers in the team!!! E.g. Mrs. USCHI who serves me.....

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Dominick, der wirklich immer ein offenes Ohr hat und für jedes Problem eine Lösung findet. Bitte unbedingt so weiter machen.
Great, friendly and competent service. I am a customer both privately and through the company and I get great advice on all topics in the A1 Shop Atrio. I would particularly like to emphasize Dominick, who really always has an open ear and finds a solution for every problem. Please keep doing it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wurde hier sehr, sehr professionell von Matthias beraten. Er hat sich meiner Fragestellung konsequent angenommen, kennt sich top aus und hat mir wirklich weitergeholfen. Hier steht der Kunde zu 100% im Mittelpunkt - keine Abfertigung.
Wartezeiten kommen vor - dafür wird man hier persönlich, genial beraten. Ab sofort Dauerkunde im A1 Shop im Atrio. Kann ich absolut weiterempfehlen.
Was advised very, very professionally by Matthias. He has consistently taken up my question, knows his way around and has really helped me. Here, the focus is 100% on the customer - no handling.
There are waiting times - for this you will be given personal, ingenious advice. From now on, regular customers in the A1 Shop in the Atrio. I can absolutely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service I've ever seen. All residents of Villach (60k+) have to be served by 3 people, which are spending 1 hour for each customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent customer service by the 3 gentlemen (Matthias, Rafael, sorry I forgot to ask the name of the 3rd guy) whom I visited each day because our DSL line was not working. They replaced the modem which solved 1 part of the problem; then gave support in contacting technical service team.
I can only give *** to the technical team since it was very hard to contact them. The guys in the shop said that there’s a widespread breakdown due to the recent storms which slowed down the technical support.
But overall it’s been great since the guys in the shop handled the situation very well.
