I	I H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Beratung sowie das Service ist eine Frechheit! Ich habe noch nie so unfreundliche und inkompetente Kundenbetreuer gesehen! Man konnte keine Fragen zu Glasfasernetz bzw 5G stellen, die Mitarbeiter wussten selber nicht den Unterschied und wollten von Anfang an nur das teuerste Produkt verkaufen. Mir wurde im Endeffekt ein falscher Vertrag untergejubelt und mein Gutschein den ich eingelöst hatte ging mit Vertragsunterzeichnung unter. Ich habe dann den Kundensupport angerufen und wirklich eine nette und ausführliche Beratung bekommen. Ich musste den Vertrag stornieren und meinen Gutschein habe ich leider nun auch verloren und nicht mehr nach Stornierung zurückerhalten. Ganz ehrlich, ich kaufe in Zukunft nur mehr online - bequemer, unkomplizierter, freundlicher und vorallem ein längeres Rücktrittsrecht! Schlichtweg eine Enttäuschung und ich kann nur jeden abraten, in diesem Geschäft Verträge abzuschließen! The advice and the service is a cheek! I have never seen such rude and incompetent account managers! You could not ask any questions about fiber optic network or 5G, the employees themselves did not know the difference and only wanted to sell the most expensive product from the start. In the end, I was cheered on a wrong contract and my voucher that I redeemed went down when I signed the contract. I then called customer support and got really nice and detailed advice. I had to cancel the contract and unfortunately I have now lost my voucher and no longer get it back after cancellation. Honestly, in the future I will only buy more online - more convenient, uncomplicated, friendly and above all a longer right of withdrawal! Simply a disappointment and I can only advise everyone not to conclude contracts in this business!
E	Emily on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es gibt in diesem Shop nur einen Mensch/Mann der kundenorientiert, bemüht und nett ist. Schade ist das es eine Mitarbeiterin gibt die den ganzen Laden runterzieht. UNFREUNDLICHSTE , fürchterlichste Mitarbeiterin die ich jemals erlebt habe. Meine persönliche Erfahrung ist das es ihr egal ist welches Problem man hat und sich absolut NICHT auskennt wenn man anruft, hat nicht mal nach meinem Namen und Kennwort gefragt und einfach aufgelegt. Die Hotline sagt das Gegenteil als die "Mitarbeiterin". Keine Lust sich irgendwie zu engagieren oder zu bemühen. Sie brachte auch meine Freundin zur Verzweiflung. Den anderen Beiträgen nach zu urteilen stehe ich mit meiner Meinung nicht alleine da. Bitte einen anderen Job suchen meine liebe, vielleicht mit Steinen oder alleine im Wald mit Bäumen. Schade das es nach so vielen schlechten Bewertungen keine Konsequenzen gibt. There is only one person in this shop who is customer-oriented, hard-working and nice. It's a shame that there is an employee who pulls the whole store down. MOST UNFRIENDLY, horrible employee I have ever met. My personal experience is that she doesn't care what problem you have and absolutely does NOT know what to do when you call, didn't even ask for my name and password and just hung up. The hotline says the opposite as the "employee". No desire to get involved in any way or to make an effort. It also made my girlfriend desperate. Judging by the other contributions, I am not alone in my opinion. Please look for another job my dear, maybe with stones or alone in the forest with trees. It is a shame that there are no consequences after so many bad reviews.

Ich hatte ein wirklich dringendes Anliegen bezüglich meines Handys, die Dame im Shop konnte mir nicht mal ansatzweise weiterhelfen - schade eigentlich, bin ja nur ca 40 km hingefahren um mir anhören zu können das dies nicht ihr Problem wäre ich solle die Servicehotline anrufen. Wenn ihr der Job keinen Spaß macht soll sie ihn wechseln - eine Frechheit das man diese Dame auf Kunden loslässt. Probably the rudest and most incompetent service I have ever experienced. I had a really urgent concern about my cell phone, the lady in the shop couldn't even begin to help me - it's a shame, I only drove about 40 km to hear that this would not be her problem, I should call the service hotline. If the job is not fun for her, she should change it - it's a cheek to let this lady loose on customers.

Aber dann gab es ein Problem mit der Rufnummer Übernahme waren nochmals in dem Shop da bediente uns eine Dame Namens Patricia war sehr sehr unfreundlich und hat uns nicht weiter geholfen .Wir hatten das Gefühl nicht Kunde zu sein sondern Bittsteller trotz bitte wurde uns nicht geholfen. So was haben wir noch nie erlebt We were served by a lady who took care of everything and was very nice. But then there was a problem with the phone number taking over were again in the shop because a lady named Patricia served us was very, very unfriendly and did not help us. We had the feeling that we were not a customer but, despite please, we were not helped. We have never seen anything like it

Hier gehe ich nicht mehr hin. Can't help with any problem. Why do they work there if they don't know their way around? You don't know how a cell phone works. I don't go here anymore.

Der Mitarbeiter war sehr sehr nett. Macht seine Arbeit wirklich gerne und hat auch Ahnung. Hat mich gut beraten und mir auch nichts versucht an zu drehen wovon ich so oda so nichts verstehen würde. Brauch mein Handy zum Telefonieren und fotografieren mehr nicht. ? Komme sicher wieder wenn ich etwas benötige wie Panzerglas ect. Vielen Dank für diese nette Bedienung. ? So I was there today to make a contract extension. I was greeted warmly and my request was taken care of immediately. The employee was very very nice. Really enjoys his work and has a clue. Gave me good advice and didn't try to turn anything on that I wouldn't understand anything about. Don't need my cell phone to make calls or take pictures anymore. ? Will definitely come back if I need something like bulletproof glass ect. Thank you for this nice service. ?
