Von den Mitarbeitern werden selbst keine Alternativen zu den Angeboten erwähnt sondern nur, wenn man sie explizit darauf anspricht. Wenn man sich über Angebote erkundigen will, wird ein Angebotsfolder hingelegt und das war’s. Da kann man gleich im Callcenter anrufen und sich den Weg sparen. The staff is extremely unmotivated any information you have to pull out of their nose. All questions are answered with the least effort. The employees themselves do not mention any alternatives to the offers, but only if they are explicitly addressed to them. If you want to inquire about offers, an offer folder is put down and that's it. You can call the call center straight away and save your way.

Habe mich danach direkt bei Magenta erkundigt und erfahren, dass alles was dieser Mitarbeiter mir mitteilte eine große Lüge war und mein Anliegen serwohl kein Problem gewesen wäre! Die Krönung war, meine Mutter (Business-Kundin) wollte ihr Handy (welches noch in Garantie ist) bei Magenta zur Reparatur einschicken und dieser Mitarbeiter hat sie zu seinem (seine Worte): "Hawara" geschickt nach Wiener Neustadt ins EKZ-Nord... 11.12.19 Nochmals vor Ort gewesen und mit einem anderen Mitarbeiter alles geklärt was vor 2 Wochen schief gelaufen ist. Dieser war sehr nett, sehr kompetent und hat sich wirklich sehr bemüht um seine Kunden! Danke! 27.11.19 I felt very unwelcome when entering, was not properly advised, all questions I asked were answered with "no, that will not work!". I then directly inquired Magenta and learn that everything this employee told me was a big lie and my concern would have been no problem! The coronation was, my mother (business customer) wanted to send her cell phone (which is still under warranty) to Magenta for repair and this employee has to his (his words): "Hawara" sent to Wiener Neustadt in the ECC North. .. 11.12.19 Back on site and clarified with another employee everything went wrong 2 weeks ago. He was very nice, very competent and really tried hard to his customers! Thank you!
