★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher keine guten Erfahrungen dort gemacht: lange Wartezeit, kaum Personal, nur bedingt freundlich, Kompetenzmängel - heute: eine angenehme Ausnahme!!
Keine Wartezeit, kundenorientierte Betreung, fachlich kompetent. Konnte eine Frage nicht beantwortet werden wurde, statt Falschinformationen zu geben, einfach eine Kollegin hinzugezogen. Super betreut worden heute, habe als sehr zufriedene Kundin den Laden wieder verlassen. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Mustafa K.!
 So far no good experiences there: long waiting time, hardly any staff, only conditionally friendly, lack of competence - today: a pleasant exception!
No waiting time, customer-oriented support, technically competent. If a question could not be answered, instead of giving false information, a colleague was simply called in. I was well looked after today and left the shop as a very satisfied customer. Many thanks to Mr. Mustafa K.!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Heute um ca. 14 Uhr hat mir die überaus hilfsbereite Dame im Magenta Shop Fischapark rasch und freundlichst weitergeholfen. Eine kaputte Sim Karte wird kostenlos ersetzt und raschest geliefert! Vielen Dank! Und am 9.8. 21 war ich mit meinem Bekannten wieder bei Magenta, diesmal im Shop! Wieder sehr freundlichen Bedienung und sofortige Hilfe! Super 6 Sterne!!
Today at around 2 p.m. the extremely helpful lady in the Magenta Shop Fischapark gave me quick and friendly help. A broken SIM card will be replaced free of charge and delivered as quickly as possible! Thanks very much! And on 8/9 21 I went to Magenta again with my friend, this time in the shop! Again very friendly service and immediate help! Super 6 stars !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wie schon jemand hier erwähnt hat, wurde von eine Dame ( blond, fest, um die 45 ) total falsch beraten und noch dazu falsche Auskunft gegeben. Sie hat mir gesagt, dass ich von Magenta gekündigt wurde und "die Sache" sei bei Anwalt. Als ich 0676 2000 angerufen habe, habe ich erfahren,dass das gar nicht stimmt !!!
Schon zum dritten Mal wurde ich von Mitarbeitern in diesem Magenta Shop veräppelt !!!!
1 Stern ist zu viel...
As someone has already mentioned here, a lady (blond, firm, around 45) gave totally wrong advice and also gave wrong information. She told me that Magenta had fired me and that "the matter" was with a lawyer. When I called 0676 2000, I found out that this was not true at all!
For the third time I was kidnapped by employees in this magenta shop !!!!
1 star is too much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Verkaufen gefälschte Ladegeräte zum Preis von einem Originalen.Das Originale hat superschnellladen das gefälschte nur schnellladen.Aber keine Rückgabe weil es schon geöffnet wurde.Leider kann man es nicht mit Verpackung testen.Bitte später nicht jammern dass die Pandemie Amoazon und etc. gestärkt hat....das macht ihr selber.Bei Amazon gebe ich den Artikel, bei einer Rücksendung, bei der Post ab und das Geld wird sofort zurückerstattet.
Sell fake chargers at the price of an original. The original has super fast charging, the fake only fast charging. But no return because it has already been opened. Unfortunately, you can not test it with packaging. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten im Jänner einen Vertrag fürs mobile Internet abgeschlossen. Im Juni funktionierte der Router nicht mehr. Mit den Techniker telefoniert. Router angeblich kaputt. Haben ihm zum Magenta Shop gebracht. 14 Tage später war er da ohne das eine Fehler gefunden wurde. Daheim funktionierte er wieder nicht. Wieder auf Neustadt runter und eingeschickt. Wieder ohne gefunden Fehler erhalten. Er funktionierte trotzdem nicht. Nach gefühlten 50 verschiedene Technikern Gespräche wieder runter in den Shop. Eine sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin und der Chef versuchten dem Problem auf die Spur zu kommen. Uns wurde zugehört, als wir ihm mitteilten, dass im Jänner eine Mitarbeiterin mit uns was eingegeben hat. Das haben wir übrigens auch am Telefon den Technikern versucht zu erklären. Der Chef war sehr bemüht. Bei Ihnen funktionierte der Router. Er machte das selbe wie die Dame im Jänner und siehe da, er funktioniet bei uns Daheim. Sehr freundlich, sehr bemüht und beide haben sich Zeit für uns genommen. Bei Problemen sch..... ich in Zukunft auf die Technikserviceline. Fahre nur mehr in den Shop...
We signed a contract for the mobile internet in January. The router stopped working in June. Talked to the technician on the phone. Router supposedly broken. Took him to the Magenta Shop. 14 days later he was there without an error being found. At home it didn't work again. Back down to Neustadt and sent it in. Received again with no errors found. It still didn't work. After what felt like 50 different technicians talked back down to the shop. A very helpful employee and the boss tried to track down the problem. We were listened to when we informed him that an employee had entered something with us in January. By the way, we tried to explain this to the technicians on the phone. The boss tried very hard. The router worked for you. He did the same as the lady in January and lo and behold, he works at home. Very friendly, tried very hard and both took time for us. In the event of problems, I'll go to the technology service line in the future. Just go to the shop ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Für jede kleinigkeit muss man ewig warten, meistens nur 2 Berater/Innen arbeiten ganz entspannt und lassen sich gemütlich Zeit und dann wird immer eine Katastrophe vorgeplant. Verträge werden nicht richtig gekündigt/abgeschlossen, Internet aktivierung wird vergessen usw. Einfach unbeschreiblich unuzfrieden
You have to wait forever for every little thing, usually only 2 consultants work very relaxed and take their time, and then a disaster is always planned in advance. Contracts are not properly terminated / concluded, Internet activation is forgotten, etc. Simply indescribably dissatisfied

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe am 19.1.2022 Vertrag für Gigakraft75+TV M unterschrieben, am 23.1.2022 kam Techniker, Empfang kontrollieren, soweit so gut, Internet und TV Box selbst installiert, Internet funktionierte aber TV Box gar nicht, fuhr dann Magenta Shop Fischapark, wurde sofort getauscht, von einer sehr freundlichen Dame, zuhause abgeschlossen, passte dann, testete paar Tage TV, war unzufriedenen, falsche TV-Box, nicht die Entertain Box4K?
7Tage Replay&Restart und TV App am Tablet und Handy, Fernsehen überall funktioniert auch nicht?
Fuhr dann wieder in Magenta Shop und beschwerde mich bei einen männlichen Mitarbeiter, das ich mit TV nicht zufrieden bin, aber mit Internet sehr. Wollte aus den Vertrag innerhalb der 14 tägigen Widerrufsrecht heraus, meinte aber, ich habe 4 Monate Gratis, siehe da, Wochenende kam Email, Rechnungsbetrag von fast 70Euro. Wurde leider schlecht beraten
I signed the contract for Gigakraft75+TV M on January 19, 2022, technician came on January 23, 2022, checked reception, so far so good, installed internet and TV box myself, internet didn't work but TV box didn't work at all, then went to Magenta Shop Fischapark, was immediately Exchanged by a very friendly lady, locked at home, then fitted, tested TV for a few days, was dissatisfied, wrong TV box, not the Entertain Box4K?
7 days Replay & Restart and TV app on tablet and mobile phone, TV everywhere doesn't work either?
Then went back to the Magenta shop and complained to a male employee that I wasn't satisfied with the TV, but very much with the Internet. Wanted to get out of the contract within the 14-day right of withdrawal, but said I have 4 months free, lo and behold, the weekend came by email, invoice amount of almost 70 euros. Unfortunately bad advice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nachdem meinem Sohn sein Handy abhanden gekommen ist, habe ich heute den Magenta Shop im EKZ Fischapark aufgesucht und mich beraten zu lassen, wie ich am besten vorgehen soll.
Hier wurde mir sofort von einer sehr bemühten und außergewöhnlich netten Angestellten weitergeholfen.
Frau Violetta hat sich darum gekümmert, dass mein Sohn die gleiche Rufnummer nochmals erhält und mir sogleich auch die günstigeren Vertragsoptionen für meine ganze Familie aufgeführt und genau erklärt.
Somit hat sie im Handumdrehen unsere 4 Verträge optimiert. Weiters hat sie mich ausführlich über die WLAN Möglichkeiten, die geltenden Tarife und die aktuellen Aktionen genauestens aufgeklärt.
Ich bin bisher erst selten bis noch gar nicht so überaus freundlich und kompetent beraten worden. Am liebsten würde ich 15 Sterne vergeben für dieses wirklich positive Erlebnis .
Das erste Mal, dass ich in einem Elektronik/Handygeschäft einfach Trinkgeld geben musste. Selbst das wollte Frau Violetta eigentlich gar nicht annehmen, aber es war mir ein Bedürfnis

After my son lost his mobile phone, I went to the Magenta Shop in the Fischapark shopping center today and asked for advice on the best way to proceed.
Here I was immediately helped by a very hard-working and exceptionally nice employee.
Ms. Violetta made sure that my son got the same phone number again and immediately listed and explained to me the cheaper contract options for my whole family.
So she optimized our 4 contracts in no time at all. Furthermore, she informed me in detail about the WLAN possibilities, the applicable tariffs and the current promotions.
I have rarely, if ever, received such friendly and competent advice. I would like to give 15 stars for this really positive experience.
First time I just had to tip at an electronics/cell phone store. Ms. Violetta didn't even want to accept that, but I felt the need
