Wenn man nach anderen Sachen fragt (Selbstwicklung, Basen usw..) wird das völlig abgewertet… Und man hört nur Das ist ein Blödsinn, das brauchst du nicht usw finde ich eigentlich sehr schade! Wenn man wirklich mal Coils benötigt, dann geht das Geschäft aber sonst…...Bin sehr enttäuscht! Diese Frau ist ein Engel, jeder der Schulungen gemacht hat wo er/sie gelernt hat, das man sich immer ein wenig mehr für die Kundschaft anstrengt um herauszustechen, bekam auch immer ein Beispiel dazu, diese Frau ist dieses Beispiel. Bin so positiv überrascht, auch in corona Zeiten so zuverlässig zu sein ist der Wahnsinn. Hätte ich einen Laden würde ich diese Frau als Mitarbeiterin haben wollen wirklich, aus diesem Grund werde ich für meinen Dampfer nie mehr etwas online kaufen und nur noch in dieses Geschäft gehen, ich appelliere auch an alle anderen in der Nähe ein Geschäft aufzusuchen. Jeder diesen Shop kritisiert hat null Ahnung vom Verkauf oder Kompetenz. Nochmal ein riesengroßes Dankeschön ☺️ I have been in the trade for 10 years, as a sales expert, as a trainer and manager. Mal abgesehen von der Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiterin, welche sich leider nicht mit der Ware im Sortiment auskennt, schob sie mir dieses Teilstück mit dem Fuß zu. Meines Erachtens nach sollte ein adequater Kundenservice Höflichkeit und Kundenorientierung beinhalten. Daher leider nur einen Stern. I recently wanted to buy a tank for my vape. On closer inspection of the tank, a part fell to the ground. Apart from the incompetence of the employee, who unfortunately is not familiar with the goods in the range, she pushed this part to me with her foot. In my opinion, adequate customer service should include courtesy and customer focus. Therefore, unfortunately, only one star.
P	Prime EDV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe dort meine erste e-dampfe gekauft. Ich kaufe dort aber nichts mehr weil es nur kleine Mengen gibt und keine Beratung auf meine Bedürfnisse erfolgt. Auch haben die Liquids keinerlei Geschmack in der joyetech eGo. Ich werde bei VapeStore in der Theatergasse bleiben. Die wissen was sie tun. Zu Uli gehe ich nie mehr. I bought my first e-vape there. But I don't buy anything there because they only sell small quantities and there is no advice on my needs. The liquids also have no taste in the joyetech eGo. I will stay at VapeStore on Theatergasse. They know what they're doing. I never go to Uli again.
