★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habe gerade den Basler Beauty shop in Klagenfurt besucht. Ich habe der Verkäuferin ein Produktfoto eines speziellen Produktes gezeigt, die Dame teilte mir mit, dass Sie das Produkt nur bestellen könnte. Daraufhin habe ich der Dame mitgeteilt, ich werde rasch jemanden anrufen, da das Produkt nicht für mich sei. Nach drei Minuten betrat ich das Geschäft erneut, worauf mir die Dame mitteilte, dass Sie die Bestellung gerade abgesandt hat, und sich die Sache nun deutlich verzögern würde. Ich habe daraufhin der Dame mitgeteilt, dass eine solche Vorgehensweise nicht gerade Kundenfreundlich ist...Daraufhin murmelte die Dame unverständliches Zeug..und ich habe das Geschäft verlassen und werde mich nun woanders umsehen. Meiner Meinung nach ist dies kein kundenorientiertes Verhalten. Daher nur 1 Stern....
Just visited the Basel beauty shop in Klagenfurt. I showed the seller a product photo of a special product, the lady informed me that you could only order the product. I then informed the lady that I would call someone quickly because the product was not for me. After three minutes I entered the shop again, whereupon the lady informed me that she had just sent the order and that the matter would now be significantly delayed. I then informed the lady that such a procedure is not exactly customer-friendly ... The lady then mumbled incomprehensible stuff .. and I have left the shop and will now look elsewhere. In my opinion, this is not customer-oriented behavior. Hence only 1 star ....
