★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 0, it would not be enough to express the quality of their customer service! By far, the worst dealing with the customer. My husband went in to give his iPhone for fixing, it doesn't have sound anymore, we have already exceeded 2 years of contract and he still pays for the insurance of this phone. They said 3 weeks to repair, which we expect, but they do not provide any replacement phone during these 3 weeks!! How is one supposed to be without the phone when he is using this phone for his work too?? This is unbelievable! The customer representative was rude and sort of said that was not his problem.
Aweful ! Stay away from A1!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service, customer service is putting on the customer to find a store “maybe” that can solve your problems. Over 1 month ago I went as well to see if they could check on my iPhone, they say they need to send the phone for 3 weeks to an outsource company “I doubt is Apple” but even when, they have no spare phones to give on the mean time. Attitude of the person that “helped” me was not even good and saying all the time “You have to understand” some other customers don’t bring the spare phones back. Is that my fault. I am paying a 150€ bill a month which included insurance for this. Well maybe I should change provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was here a few minutes ago! I talked to Matthias! Unfortunately, he answered me very impatiently and badly, and they smiled at me with his colleague !! The first day you sign the contract, everything is fine and the behavior is appropriate, but when you have a problem, everything changes !! I talked to a lawyer today and I am pursuing my problem legally. Be careful and never sign a contract with A1.
