Die würden alle 1 Stern erhalten auf Grund ihrer Freundlichkeit ;-). In den ersten der beiden zusammen gehörenden (Vater, Sohn?) wollte man nicht wirklich beraten weil sie sich lieber mit dem Vertreter unterhielten. Im 2. sah mich der ältere Mann genervt an, als ich eine Uhr in die Hand nehmen wollte, wo man vorher eine Vitrine aufsperren musste. Dann kam ich zum Thurzo, sah (m)eine Uhr um -50% in der Auslage, ging in den Shop mit dem großen Mann darinnen und mein Verkaufserlebnis begann. Einfach genial: kompetent, lustig, informativ und absolut besser als alle Erwartungen. Perfektes Kauferlebnis also. Während dem Anpassen des Stahlurbandes einer österreichischen Marke spielte er mir seinen selbst komponierten und gesungenen Song über Uhren vor, ich gab Feedback und Input ...und verließ mit meiner wunderschönen Uhr, welche ich 1 Tag davor in der SCS um +50% überlegt hatte zu kaufen, das Geschäft. Eine Zeit später erhielt ich den fertig aufgenommen Song, den es auch auf Youtube gibt, per Email zugeschickt. Danke nochmals für Alles. Hoffe ich bin bald mal wieder in Wien, denn mein Sohn bekommt eine Uhr... Before I went shopping in Mariahilferstrasse from the Westbahnhof into town, I looked at watches and went to various shops there. They would all get 1 star because of their friendliness ;-). In the first of the two belonging together (father, son?) They didn't really want to advise because they preferred to talk to the representative. In the second, the older man looked at me in annoyance when I wanted to pick up a watch where a display case had to be unlocked beforehand. Then I came to Thurzo, saw a watch at -50% in the display, went to the shop with the big man in it and my sales experience began. Simply brilliant: competent, funny, informative and absolutely better than all expectations. So it's the perfect shopping experience. While adjusting the steel strap of an Austrian brand, he played me his self-composed and sung song about watches, I gave feedback and input ... and left with my beautiful watch, which I had thought about + 50% the day before in the SCS to buy the business. A while later I received the finished recorded song, which is also available on Youtube, by email. Thanks again for everything. Hope I'll be back in Vienna soon, because my son will get a watch ...
