First, the employee made a mistake, and then he pretended like nothing happened and was convincing me that it was like that from before. Then, I got different answers in the shop and from customer care, they don't even know what they sell and offer. And when it comes to the internet..I am paying for a 250mbps package and the actual situation is 20! And when you complain they fix it for some time and after a week it goes back to 20. I mean I know that telecommunication companies are sh*tty but T-mobile are for sure the worst.

They will find a way to over charge you and tell told me that they try to take the money out from my account but nowhere to seen in my bank that they have try to take money out. I show them my bank statement as they wish and they told me it's bank mistake. I have made a lot of extra payment to this company and ending contract of all my 3 places as soon as the contracts end. The worst fraud company and all of you should never deal with this company and I will never ever in my life again with this company. No customer service calm pick up and the people in the shop are not really wanting to help you. They will tell you only what is right for them and not listening to your explanation. The company that made customer unhappy will lose the one and I urge all of you and will also to all the one I know to not use the product of t mobile.
D	Diego Dias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly and unprepared staff, absolutely not welcoming. The seller was arrog, the guy organizing the customers not to go inside also arrogant. My girlfriend and I were so bothered that we ended up not doing everything we wanted to do. If you can, avoid this store.
A	Andy Lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop assistants are really unprofessional. A girl doesnt speak English and the other who can doesn't help. As an international customer, its alomost impossible to talk about some general products purchase in this shop. Pls improve it! ONE STAR.

Got yelled by a woman that was not even serving me (a nice guy was doing that) and said that they cannot return the product cause I opened it and they did not install it. When I was buying it, the sale guy said that they are not installing that product. So Magenta is selling a product and not offering compensation if it is not working... Oh, the best was when the woman yelled "It works for everyone else". I was a bit shocked. The nice guy proposed a solution, went home, tried it, didn't work. Not coming back again.

In the afternoon I went to Mariahilfer, Magenta, and I asked when the internet would be available, but in the shop, a young work man with a black beard, like joked to me The question with all same the answer ," um.....jajaja" (aber ich spreche mit ihm Deutsch und Höfliche Anfrage)but he look at me like a fool. I am very sad. For the service industry, I need to answer positively, not just perfunct me.and i ask" Yes, or not",or when i will have internet in home?, ,but he just ignored and with "jaja",mocking face
N	Naveen P on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was cheated by this store. Beware! I got a new SIM here, was assured it will work in Germany and a day later found that, that was a lie. Took it to the t-Mobile store in Munich and they said all I can do is purchase a new sim.
