Es ist ein Spott über eine Institution, die bis heute 5 Sterne verdient hat. Eine Person wie sie sollte nicht in einer solchen Institution arbeiten today at 9.40 a.m. May 7th, 2021 The woman who worked today is a horror. Very rude, uncultivated, arrogant and not to mention more. It is a mockery of an institution that has earned 5 stars to this day. A person like her shouldn't work in such an institution

Durch Corona sind sie noch fauler geworden,auf die E-mail wird mir auch nicht geantwortet. Bei akuten fällen schreibt jeder Mitarbeiter was anderes per E-Mail. Langsam zweifle ich an deren Wissen! Bitte wächselt das Personal! The staff in the Wgkk is very incompetent, I'm on hold forever, I'm constantly being hung up on the phone! Corona has made them even lazier, and I don't get an answer to the e-mail either. In acute cases, each employee writes something different by e-mail. I'm starting to doubt their knowledge! Please change the staff!

Keinerlei Hilfestellung, jeder sagt etwas anderes auf den Kunden wird nicht eingegangen, im Gegenteil man wird wie der letzte Dreck behandelt! #menschlichkeit I've never dealt with such insensitive people before. At the Wgkk, this was different. No help at all, everyone says something different to the customer, on the contrary you are treated like shit! #humanity

I went for an approval for an MRI and it took me 2 hrs. If enquired about the time from the lady at desk , she would just say nein... Horrible experience.

Me and my wife were there a month ago to make sure my wife is insured against mine account due to her starting maternity leave. After filling the paperwork and receiving their answer that everything is good, my wife requires medical attention and lo and behold, the ecard doesn't work. Naturally we went to the WGKK again and now they claim it doesn't work because we have no main housing seat in AT so she can't be co-insured. So how on earth did they not say it the first time around???? They literally made me waste time and money due to their incompetence. Sincerely, a customer EDIT: Another visit, another disappointment. My wife brought some documents to the WGKK which were requested via email including the Mutter-Kind Pass since its due for a regular check by the WGKK. The service agent said: I do not know what this is, I don't understand it, please visit the special branch of WGKK that specializes in Familienbeihilfe. I will rather travel to a different Bezirk than deal with this branch any longer.
