Auf mein Grüß Gott, wurde mir von der "netten" Dame erwidert: Bitte sehr! Man kann mal einen schlechten Tag erwischen, aber die Dame in der ZST im Giwog Tower hat, so glaube ich, öfters mal einen schlechten Tag. Überlege es mir gut, ob ich nochmals da reingehe. Unersetzlich sind ja die Dienstleistungen der WST nicht. Ein Grüß Gott ist nicht zu viel verlangt.

On my Grüß Gott, the "nice" lady replied to me: Here you go! You can have a bad day, but I think the lady in the ZST in the Giwog Tower often has a bad day. Think carefully about going in there again. WST's services are not irreplaceable. A Grüß Gott is not too much to ask.
