M	Markus Zöchling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor einigen jahren habe ich bei der LEWOG eine Doppelhaushälfte in Linz Urfahr in bester Lage gekauft. Inzwischen haben sich hier die Grundstückspreise deutlich nach oben weiterentwickelt; ein echter Investitionsschutz. Wie es am Bau ist, kann 'mal etwas nicht so perfet ablaufen; aber die Eigentümerin ist wirklich sehr darum bemüht, dass die Kunden zufrieden sind und Freude mit der Immobilie haben. So wie ich das verstanden habe, könnten das in absehbarer Zeit 1.000 zufriedene Kunden sein. A few years ago I bought a semi-detached house in Linz Urfahr in a prime location from LEWOG. In the meantime, land prices have increased significantly here; a real investment protection. As it is in construction, something can sometimes not run so perfectly; but the owner really goes out of her way to ensure that customers are satisfied and enjoy the property. As I understand it, there could be 1,000 satisfied customers in the foreseeable future.
M	Manuel Muzka on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider konnten wir uns nicht auf einen Kaufpreis für ein Eckreihenhaus mit der Lewog einigen, obwohl ein anderes Eckreihenhaus in diesem Projekt 100m2 mehr Gartenfläche zum selben Preis hatte. Laut dem Lewog Verkaufsmitarbeiter sind alle angebotenen Immobilien FIXPREISE und diese werden auch so lange angeboten, bis ein Kunde diesen Kaufpreis zahlt. Diese Preispolitik finde ich traurig. Mit allen anderen Bauträgern, mit denen wir bereits Kaufgespräche geführt hatten, waren die Kaufpreise, wie stets üblich, verhandelbar. Unfortunately, we were unable to agree on a purchase price for a corner row house with Lewog, although another corner row house in this project had 100m2 more garden space for the same price. According to the Lewog sales representative, all properties offered are FIXED PRICES and these are offered until a customer pays this purchase price. I find this pricing policy sad. As always, the purchase prices were negotiable with all of the other property developers with whom we had already had sales talks.
