★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicht zu empfehlen! Bittet keinen Schutz! Günstig aber sehr kompliziert. Habe gerade einen Versicherungsfall gehabt, das Glas war zu Hause kaputt. Die Versicherung hat viele Ausreden erfunden um die Reparaturkosten nicht zu bezahlen. Hat auf Fotos Farbeflecken als Beschädigung durch Dritte erklärt. Besser eine andere Versicherung zu nehmen.
 Not recommendable! Do not ask for protection! Cheap but very complicated. Have just had an insurance claim, the glass was broken at home. The insurance company has invented many excuses not to pay the repair costs. Has declared color stains on photos as damage by third parties. Better to take another insurance.

When we ventilated the door, the door slammed and there was a crack in the glass. Customer service was great and damage was transferred quickly!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir sind nun seit 2 Jahren bei dieser Versicherung. Die Prämie ist wenn man so vergleicht günstig und Leistung haben wir dennoch schnell und unkompliziert bekommen. Unser Ceran Feld ist gerade erst kaputt geworden und 2 Tage später hatten wir schon die Akontozahlung am Konto. Dann noch schnell die finale Rechnung gesandt und der ganze Schaden war erledigt... Alle waren sehr freundlich und professionell (innerhalb von 10 Minuten nach der online Schadenmeldung wurden wir schon angerufen - wo gibts den sowas nocheinmal?) Tip Top
We have been with this insurance company for 2 years. The premium is cheap when you compare it and we still got the service quickly and easily. Our ceramic field has only just broken and 2 days later we already had the payment on account on the account. Then the final invoice was quickly sent and the entire damage was dealt with ... Everyone was very friendly and professional (we received a call within 10 minutes of the online damage report - where can you get that again?) Tip Top
