Bis jetzt bin ich von Zürichteam in Linz sehr begeistert und dadurch ein zufriedener Kunde. Darum liebe Belegschaft macht weiter so wie bisher! An insurance is only so good if the employees use their expertise properly. So far, I am very enthusiastic about Zürichteam in Linz and therefore a satisfied customer. Therefore, dear workforce continues as before!

Unfreundlich und kein Anzeichen von Service. Eventuell wäre ein Seminar hilfreich!!! If I could, I wouldn't give a star! The nice lady at the service line simply hung up because she unfortunately no longer had a real argument. Rude and no sign of service. Maybe a seminar would be helpful!

Fragen werden rasch beantwortet, zwei Mal hat mich dann sogar eine Mitarbeiterin telefonisch kontaktiert weil Rückfragen offen waren. Zuletzt habe ich ein Fahrzeug abgemeldet und noch in der gleichen Woche das Geld aus der Restprämie auf meinem Konto gehabt. Also flott sind die auch noch!!! ?? I am a customer of the Zurich online rail and have only had the best experiences so far. Questions are answered quickly, and an employee even contacted me by phone twice because there were no questions. Most recently, I deregistered a vehicle and had the money from the remaining premium in my account that same week. So they are still fast too! ??
