Das Gespräch über die Schadensaufnahme ist katastrophal verlaufen.
Mir wurde öfter vorgeworfen: höre nicht zu, hätte sie schon 15 x bzw. 100 x gesagt, andere Leute warten auch…und ich solle den Schaden ordentlich beschreiben.
Ich bin enttäuscht dass man als Kunde so behandelt wird.
Have spoken to a certain woman Mühlböck because of a damage of my LGG2 phones.
The conversation about the loss record has been catastrophic.
I was often accused: do not listen, she would have said 15 x or 100 x, other people are waiting too ... and I should describe the damage properly.
I am disappointed that one is treated as a customer like this.
