★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a good brand with decent quality now the worst brand on the block! Any purchase is a waste of money basically.The quality has deteriorated tremendously over the years. I still have a zara jacket from the old days. now i cant even pick a tshirt here. sad case.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could only give zero stars, I would’ve! Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. No where it is written that for the return of the garments you need to go to the 1st floor. After standing in the line for 20minutes they told em they could not do it on the groundfloor. I went up explained the problem and the woman was very unpleasant saying that there is “one line”. This is the last time I am shoping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool fashion for woman,man, and kids. Parfum are cheap but hv nice smell and last long. Price is really cheap when there is Sale ?, otherwise the price is medium. The building is cool. They are many cashiers in every floor. But just 1 cashier open. People hv to wait so long to pay. For the shoe, i hv to order online size 35. They dont hv stock in the shop.
