★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought some shoes there the other day (Right before Christmas ?). Apart from being a fan of the brand anyway, I was really surprised by the customer service. It was that good that I even got a bit suspicious. Keep in mind: We are talking about a store in Vienna and customer service is not always included ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unacceptable costumer service! I entered the store looking for boots and after greeting the sales assistant started looking for a pair to choose from. What happened next was totally out of this world: I sat on the bench for 10 minutes and while being seen by 3 different sales assistants none of them ever asked me if I needed helped. Fun fact: there was only one other client in the store during the whole time. I guess taking photos of the new store arrangement and decorations is more important than serving a client. #Priorities... ? Timberland in Wien? Never again!

Thing is, always wait for a sale, to get a "fairer" unless money for you is the same as it used to be for me while i was playing Monopoly... hennu go there buy and on top tip the seller with double the price, take a pic and put on Instagram, so all will know who to tea-bag next... ??
