G	Gerhard Weber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vor vielen Jahren wurde von Firma Dolenz unsere Wintergartenmarkise montiert und in der Folgezeit wurden alle Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Im Frühjahr wäre wieder eine Reparatur nach Gurtenriss notwendig gewesen, die erschienenen Arbeiter erklärten sofort, bei der alten Anlage gibt es keine Ersatzteile mehr, eine Reparatur wäre daher nicht möglich. Für diesen Besuch erhielt ich eine Rechnung über € 123,- mit dem ausdrücklichen Vermerk: "Reparatur nicht mehr möglich, keine Ersatzteile mehr lieferbar." Bei einer tel. Rücksprache mit Hr. Manasek bestätigte dieser nochmals, dass keine Reparatur möglich sei und auf ausdrückliche Frage, dass von der alten Anlage nichts, auch nicht die Motoren oder sonstige Teile, verwendbar sei. Nach einigen Bemühungen gelang es mir, eine Firma zu finden, die die Gurte beschaffen und die Reparatur klaglos durchführen konnte. Ein Vertrauen auf die "fachmännische" Auskunft der Firma Zahradka hätte mir einen Schaden von mehreren Tausend Euro verursacht. Erwarten könnte man daher zumindest eine Entschuldigung und Rückzahlung der € 123,- Von mir daher leider eher ein Minus-Stern. Dr. G. Mit großer Zufriedenheit kann ich feststellen, dass von den Informationen im Schauraum über die Beratung vor Ort (durch Herr Zachs) bis zur termingerechten Lieferung und fachkundigen Montage (fast) alles sehr gut abgelaufen ist. Selbst als ein kleines Missverständnis hinsichtlich der Wand-/Handsender offenkundig geworden ist, hat die Firma Zahradka dies rasch und unbürokratisch geklärt und das Problem beseitigt. I can say with great satisfaction that (almost) everything went very well, from the information in the showroom to the on-site advice (from Mr. Zachs) to on-time delivery and expert assembly. Even when a small misunderstanding regarding the wall / handheld transmitter became apparent, the Zahradka company quickly and unbureaucratically cleared this up and eliminated the problem.
