Ich erhielt daraufhin die Auskunft dass er das eigentlich nicht wirklich machen will. Auf meine Frage was eventuell eine neue kosten könnte erhielt ich die Auskunft, das wird so richtig teuer. Kundenservice stell ich mir anders vor! I have a defective patio door, I called the company and asked if they would repair something like that. I then received the information that he actually doesn't really want to do this. When I asked what could possibly cost a new one, I received the information that it will be really expensive. I imagine customer service differently!
