Enttäuschend finde ich, dass man bei Retouren das Geld nicht zurück bekommt sondern krampfhaft nach Ersatzartikeln suchen muss. A great deal in and of itself with friendly advice. I find it disappointing that you don't get your money back when you return something, you have to frantically look for replacement items.

Werde gerne wieder dort, meinen Bedarf an Fliesen wie auch Sanitärbedarf beziehen. Very nice contact, competence highly written, even after I had complaints, Fliesendorf was very accommodating in terms of an exchange. I would like to go back there to get my tile and sanitary needs.

Aber da ich selbst jahrelang im Einzelhandel war und weiß wie man mit Kunden umgeht muss ich das jetzt loswerden. Ich brauchte noch Nachschub für bereits gekaufte Fliesen und hatte die Rechnung mit Artikel und chargennummer nicht mit. Selbst mit dem Etikett an den Musterfliesen im Schauraum hab ich nicht das bekommen was ich wollte weil ich ja keine chargennummer dazu hatte und es dann farbliche Abweichungen geben könnte. Auch mit der Bitte bzw dem Vorschlag, anhand des Kontoauszuges die Rechnung rauszusuchen, kam ich hier nicht weiter. Seitens des Verkäufers, der während des Gesprächs sowieso mit mit wichtigeren Dingen auf seinem Schreibtisch beschäftigt war und mich beim Gespräch nicht mal angesehen hat, kam überhaupt kein Lösungsvorschlag der zur Problembehebung beigetragen hätte. Also falls sie als Kunde gerne selbst die Arbeit des Verkäufers erledigen wollen und keine Hilfestellung erwarten, sind sie hier bestens aufgehoben. My time would actually be too valuable for me to write a review for this company. But since I have been in retail myself for years and know how to deal with customers, I have to get rid of it now. I still needed replenishments for the tiles I had already bought and did not have the invoice with the article and batch number. Even with the label on the sample tiles in the showroom, I didn't get what I wanted because I didn't have a batch number and there could be color deviations. Also with the request or the suggestion to look for the invoice based on the account statement, I did not get any further here. The seller, who was busy with more important things on his desk during the conversation and didn't even look at me during the conversation, came up with no solution at all that would have helped to solve the problem. So if you as a customer would like to do the seller's work yourself and don't expect any help, you are in good hands here.

Anscheinend möchte man hier nichts verkaufen! 4 Mitarbeiter vor Ort, grüßen auch wenn man das Geschäft betritt, wir haben uns über 20 Minuten umgesehen, uns wurde keine Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt, und wir wurden auch nicht gefragt, ob man uns vielleicht helfen könne! Gut, man muss dazu sagen, es war bereits Freitag um kurz nach 17 Uhr, trotzdem ist das für mich keine Entschuldigung! Bin selbst im Vertrieb tätig und arbeite oft bis abends und auch samstags, aber so würde ich nicht mit Kunden umgehen! Und als arbeitender Mensch ist man leider gezwungen, manchmal auch eine Stunde vorm Zusperren sich etwas anzuschauen! Wirklich schade, muss ich meine Fliesen woanders bestellen! Unfortunately very disappointing! Apparently they don't want to sell anything here! 4 employees on site, say hello when you enter the shop, we looked around for over 20 minutes, we weren't given any attention, and we weren't even asked if they might help us! Well, you have to say, it was already shortly after 5 p.m. on Friday, but that's no excuse for me! I work in sales myself and often work until evenings and even on Saturdays, but that's not how I would deal with customers! And as a working person you are unfortunately forced to look at something an hour before you lock up! Really a shame, I have to order my tiles elsewhere!

Des weiteren helfen die Lagerarbeiter auch beim einladen ins Auto das ist in der heutigen Zeit nicht mehr überall so. Really great selection, with some bargains on the remaining stock and good advice. Furthermore, the warehouse workers also help with loading into the car, which is no longer the case everywhere these days.
