Die Ordinationskräfte sind allesamt äußerst freundlich und kompetent. Ein seltener Fund dieser Zahnarzt. Excellent treatment. The doctor takes enough time for a thorough examination and the initial consultation. The ordination staff are all extremely friendly and competent. A rare find this dentist.
S	Sir McNuggets on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich leide an chronischen Schmerzen und befinde mich gerade in einer akuten Schmerzphase. Von ärztlicher Seite verhärtete sich zuletzt der Verdacht dass ich an CMD leide und dies ursächlich ist für meine Beschwerten, darum sollte dies abklären lassen. Dass gerade generell Wartezeiten bestehen ist klar und überall so. Hier wird man allerdings leider schon sofort telefonisch abgelehnt da ein totaler Aufnahmestopp von/an neuen Patienten herrscht. Sehr ernüchternd und schade und ich kann so auch nur mit einem Stern bewerten wenn keinerlei Möglichkeit auf Termine/Untersuchungen oder aktue Hilfe in dieser Praxis besteht. Man könnte auf der Homapage zum Beispiel gleich schreiben dass ein absoluter Aufnahmestopp herrscht, neue Patienten oder Personen mit akuten Problemen wird sich hier keinesfalls angenommen. I suffer from chronic pain and am currently in an acute phase of pain. On the medical side, the suspicion that I suffer from CMD and that this is the cause of my complaint hardened, so this should be clarified. It is clear that there are waiting times in general and this is the case everywhere. Unfortunately, you will be rejected immediately by phone because there is a total admission freeze from / to new patients. Very sobering and a shame and I can only rate it with one star if there is no possibility of appointments / examinations or current help in this practice. One could write on the homepage, for example, that there is an absolute admission freeze, new patients or people with acute problems will not be accepted here under any circumstances.

Kann ich aber nicht wenn überall Metall ist wie soll ich hinkommen mit der Zahnbürste. Und dann beschweren sie sich als hätten sie dir beste Erfahrung. Ärzte sind sehr nett, einige Assistentinnen können einfach nicht normal reden. I have had braces for 2 years and every time I am told to brush better. But I can't if there's metal everywhere, how should I get there with the toothbrush. And then they complain like they have your best experience. Doctors are very nice, some assistants just can't talk normally.

Auch Gut ist, dass das Team immer die ehrliche Meinung gibt. Had braces for 2 years was always super satisfied the assistants were always very nice just like the doctor who always has a smile on his face. It is also good that the team always gives the honest opinion.
