L	Lucieintheskywithdia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extrem enntäucht von dieser Zahnklinik. Sie behandeln einem von oben herab. Ich bekomme keinen Termin mehr, weil ich vor FÜNF Jahren Termine nicht wahrnehmen konnte (weil ich im Ausland fest sass!!) Obwohl ich damals mehrere Hundert Euro bezahlt habe für die versäumten Termine, wird mir dieser "Fehler" nach mehreren Jahren nicht "verziehen", als ob ich dem Arzt persönlich etwas böses getan hätte. Ich finde es unfassbar, dass medizinische Institutionen Menschen ausschliessen und dann noch Menshen die eh schon in prekären Situationen sind. Wie arrogant kann man eigentlich sein um einer alleinerziehenden Mutter und ihrem Kind während einer Pandemie eine dringend notwendige Zahnbehandlung zu verweigern, obwohl man weiss, dass es extrem schwer is momentan in einer Ordination neu aufgenommen zu werden? Wo bleibt die Menschlichkeit und Kulanz? Extremely distant from this dental clinic. They treat you from above. I don't get an appointment anymore because I couldn't keep appointments FIVE years ago (because I was stuck abroad !!) Although I paid several hundred euros for the missed appointments at the time, I won't be forgiven for this "mistake" after several years "As if I had personally done something bad to the doctor. I find it unbelievable that medical institutions exclude people and then people who are already in precarious situations. How arrogant can you actually be to deny urgently needed dental treatment to a single mother and her child during a pandemic, even though you know that it is extremely difficult to be accepted into an ordination at the moment? Where is the humanity and goodwill?

Leider habe ich zur Zeit akute Probleme mit dem Zahnfleisch und habe telefonisch um einen spontanen Termin gebeten. Mit der Aussage "Sie haben doch einen Termin im Januar, dann müssen Sie bis dahin wohl warten!" wurde ich abgefertigt. Mein Fazit: Dr Hammerer ist sehr kompetent, aber vielleicht sollte man für Notfälle von Patienten ein Zeitpuffer pro Woche einbauen & die Besetzung der Sprechstundenhilfe überdenken. My first experience in practice was very friendly and positive. Unfortunately, I currently have acute gum problems and have called for a spontaneous appointment. With the statement "You have an appointment in January, then you have to wait until then!" I was cleared. My conclusion: Dr Hammerer is very competent, but maybe you should add a time buffer per week for patient emergencies & rethink the staffing of the receptionist.

Möglicherweise für bestehende Patienten eine passable Praxis, andernfalls dringend von einem Besuch dort abzuraten. Kann mich daher den vorhergegangenen Bewertungen nur Anschließen, 1 Stern ist zu viel. Not willing to look at patients with acute complaints, unfriendly doctor's assistant on the phone. Possibly a passable practice for existing patients, otherwise we strongly advise against a visit there. I can therefore only agree with the previous reviews, 1 star is too much.

Die Zahnärzt:innen sind super kompetent und sehr freundlich, und auch mit den anderen Mitarbeiter:innen habe ich nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht; die Atmosphäre ist auch insgesamt sehr angenehm. Ich war schon mit der Invisalign-Behandlung sehr zufrieden, aber ganz besonders habe ich die Zahnklinik Josefstadt zu schätzen gelernt nachdem ich einen Unfall hatte wo die Zähne verletzt wurden. Da hatte ich echt das Gefühl, richtig gut aufgehoben zu sein, da es Spezialist:innen für alle Fachbereiche gibt, die sich super kümmern und sehr einfühlsam sind, und ich habe auch bei Notfällen immer gleich einen Termin bekommen. Fazit: Ganz große Empfehlung! :-) I didn't think I would ever say that about a dental clinic, but I love it and actually love going! The dentists are super competent and very friendly, and I have only had good experiences with the other employees; the overall atmosphere is also very pleasant. I was already very satisfied with the Invisalign treatment, but I especially learned to appreciate the Josefstadt Dental Clinic after I had an accident where my teeth were injured. I really had the feeling that I was in really good hands, because there are specialists for all departments who take great care and are very empathetic, and I was always able to get an appointment right away, even in emergencies. Conclusion: Great recommendation! :-)

C	Christine Dierickx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First off: Swankiest dental office ever. Excellent dentist (DDr. Keszthelyi) and exceptional dental hygienists. Well worth the trip across town to get there. DDr. Keszthelyi will not upsell you on anything you don't need.
K	Kristi Magllara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the most horrible experiences in Vienna. I was made a local anesthesia for no reason and then they just apologized for it. I was made a local anesthesia right after i set on the chair because the doctor thought she has to remove the nerves of a tooth. only afterwards she realized that she miscounted the teeth due to not updated data in their system on the status of my mouth. On the same time she made me an anesthesia without neither doing a new scan of my teeth!! The one from 9 months ago was enough for her to make the decision of making me an injection. In the end, she did nothing in my mouth because there was nothing to be done at that point and she apologized for making m an anesthetic for no reason. I spent the next 7 hours not able to eat, drink because i could not feel half of my face from the anesthetics. Be careful! Ask for every single step what they do to your mouth! Otherwise you might end up at home without tooth.
