No quisieron atender mi reclamación estando en garantía y por motivos de cambio de país no pude finalmente usar más mi bicicleta. Schade Habe danach bei einem perfekten Bikehändler an der Donau in Wien 19 ,2 hochwertige eBikes erstanden. Danke für die schlechte Beratung, sonst hätte ich jetzt nicht meine tollen Räder. Wanted to buy 2 e-scooters or e-bikes The seller neither offered a test drive, nor did we feel well advised. Ho cercato e stó cercando di contattarvi chiamandovi al vostro numero di telefono fisso senza ottenere alcuna risposta: volevo solo parlare con qualcuno in merito ad una bicicletta ripiegabile “If Mode” della Pacific di colore nero che vi ho lasciato più di due anni fa per una riparazione. A quei tempi decisi di passare qualche giorno a Vienna proprio per portarvela di persona sperando che il problema si potesse risolvere in poco tempo, ma così non è stato... spero che mi mettiate in condizioni per potervi contattare, visto che dal sito non sono specificate altre informazioni. F	Floki k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Früher Top, jetzt Flop: Service einer Trommelbremse für 135€ halte ich persönlich für heftig. Weiters wurde das Problem zuerst abgetan und das Bike stand einige Tage im Shop herum weil mich keiner darüber informierte. +1 Stern weil das Service wenigstens erfolgreich war. Hintergrund: Ich habe vor 2 Jahre in E-Bike mit Trommelbremse gekauft. Auf Nachfrage sollte die ein Fahrradleben lang halten. Mit den folgenden Services war ich mehr als zufrieden. Zuletzt fing die Trommelbremse in gewissen Situationen an unerträglich zu quietschen. Der Mechaniker meinte er schaut es sich an. Nach 1 Woche rief ich an weil ich nichts vom Shop hörte und erhielt die Info, dass der Mechaniker das Problem nicht reproduzieren konnte. Nach einiger Diskussion wollte man sich dem Problem doch annehmen. Im Endeffekt zahlte ich 135€ für das Beseitigen es Quietschens, nach eigenen Angaben hatte der Mechaniker noch nie eine Trommelbremse gewartet weil die sonst problemlos funktionieren. Offensichtlich habe ich hier das Lehgeld für den Mechaniker bezahlt... Formerly top, now flop: I personally think service of a drum brake for 135 € is heavy. Furthermore, the problem was dismissed first and the bike stood around in the shop for a few days because nobody informed me about it. +1 star because the service was at least successful. Background: I bought e-bikes with drum brakes in 2 years ago. If asked, it should last the life of the bike. I was more than satisfied with the following services. Finally, in certain situations, the drum brake began to squeak unbearably. The mechanic said he was looking at it. After 1 week I called because I hadn't heard from the shop and received the information that the mechanic could not reproduce the problem. After some discussion, they wanted to take on the problem. In the end, I paid 135 € to get rid of the squeaking, according to his own account the mechanic had never serviced a drum brake because otherwise it would work without any problems. Obviously I paid the mechanic's loan here ...
r	rami mosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schlechter Kunden Service. Unfreundliche Verkäufer und sehr überheblich. Habe meinen e-Roller vor einem Jahr da gekauft und heute gibt es das Geschäft gar nicht mehr. Kein Wunder bei dem Personal. An Inhaber: Habe nicht angerufen gehabt. Ich beschwere mich nicht über den Roller selbst, sondern um das Personal im 1.bezirk damals. Obwohl mein Roller noch unter Garantie stand verrechnete mir man eine Reparatur die meiner Meinung nach als Garantie Fall nehmen sollte. Jetzt ist da der klappmechanisumus abgebrochen und hoffe dass Mann mir im 23. Bezirk weiterhelfen kann! Bad customer service. Unfriendly seller and very overbearing. I bought my e-scooter there a year ago and today the business does not exist anymore. No wonder with the staff. To owner: Did not call. I do not complain about the scooter itself, but about the staff in the 1st district back then. Although my scooter was still under warranty I charged a repair in my opinion should take as a guarantee case. Now the Klappmechanisumus aborted and hope that man can help me in the 23rd District!
