★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prinzipiell mit Service und Leistungen zufrieden, allerdings nur wenn man vorbestellt und dann am nächsten Tag die Bestellung abholt. Ich rate davon ab ohne Vorbestellung zu kaufen, vor allem wenn man nicht viel Zeit hat. Man kann durchaus statt den versprochenen 20 bis 25 Minuten gern einmal eine Stunde warten, bis beispielsweise ein Bohrer aus dem Lager geholt wird. Ich weiß nicht, was hinter den Kulissen abläuft, aber das kann doch auch schneller funktionieren.

I advise against buying without pre-order, especially if you don't have a lot of time. Instead of the promised 20 to 25 minutes, you can definitely wait an hour until a drill is fetched from the warehouse, for example. Der neue Standort im 23ten wird immer unsympathischer -im Schauraum sind die ausgestellten Werkzeuge verstaubt, das Kunden-WC eine Sauerei. Als ich die Mitarbeiter über den Zustand informierte, sagte mir man dass die Reinigungsfirma bereits informiert ist. Die Kundenberater sind nach wie vor sehr bemüht, die Lieferzeit für manche Standard-Produkte ist leider etwas länger als früher (das Problem haben jedoch viele andere Firmen auch). Ich hoffe die Qualität wird wieder besser!
