Rückmeldungen kamen stets umgehend, mein Anliegen wurde ernst genommen. Wenngleich es einige Zeit dauerte bis eine Lösung da war, bin ich mit dem Service zufrieden und bedanke mich für das kulante Entgegenkommen. After the recommended repair company in Germany was unfortunately not able to solve the problem (within 6 months), I looked for contact. Feedback always came immediately, my concern was taken seriously. Although it took some time to find a solution, I am satisfied with the service and thank you for your courteous courtesy.
