Ich rief am nächsten Tag wieder den Kundendienst an das selbe Theather es wurde alles abgestritten und so kann es auch nicht sein. Der Kunde soll König sein aber nicht bei Pagro.Ich sagte ich werde den Hr.Taus anschreiben dann machen sie es in einen sehr frechen ton. Die Dame an Telefon ich bestimme was ich mache sonst niemand. Es lebe der Kunde. I complained about the customer service very unfriendly cheeky and then hung up. I called Pagro customer service again to the same theater I again did not request a call back from a manager. The next day I called customer service at the same theater everything was denied and it cannot be that way. The customer should be king but not at Pagro, I said I will Write to Mr.Taus then do it in a very cheeky tone. The lady on the phone I decide what I do nobody else. Long live the customer.

Meine Anfrage nach der Garantie bei der Servicehotline hat ergeben, dass man das Gerät einsenden muss und die Reparaturzeit 4 Wochen dauert. Ich werde keine technischen Geräte mehr bei Pagro/Libro kaufen, da diese Garantiebedingungen, wenn man ein Gerät dringend beruflich benötigt für mich unakzeptabel sind! 14-tägiges Rückgaberecht gibts natürlich auch keines, obwohl Originalverpackung vorhanden ist! Have with Pagro a document shredder (€ 60.-) bought. He WORKED ONLY ONE DAY. My request for the warranty at the service hotline has shown that you have to return the device and the repair time takes 4 weeks. I will not buy any more technical equipment from Pagro / Libro, because these warranty conditions, if you need a device urgently needed for work, are unacceptable for me! 14-day right of return, of course, there is none, although original packaging is available!
