★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich weiß nicht ob hier nur Frauen verarscht werden oder ob es auch bei Männern versucht wird.
Ausserdem steht auf der Homepage das ALLE Marken repariert werden. Bei asiatischen Sachen wird aber sofort gemotzt warum man sich sowas zulegt.
Da ich meinen Roller für das Pickerl hingestellt habe, dachte ich die können schon nicht zu viel verlangen.
Siehe SMS wollten sie mich hier wieder abzocken. 1150€ nur weil angeblich die Teile nirgendwo zu bekommen sind. Blödsinn!
RP-Moto.at hat ALLE Ersatzteile.
Dazu hieß es das ich ein neues Lenkkopflager brauche. Tja. Hat ein Kumpel repariert in dem er die Schraube fester zog. Wieder 100Euro gespart.
Ich rate also definitiv davon ab dorthin zu gehen. Es endet nur im Frust.
Ach und weil ich den Roller ohne Reparatur geholt habe, wurde mir dann gleich ein anderer gezeigt um 2.699€. Klar. Man kauft ja sofort etwas neues wenn man ein Pickerl für den alten will.

In addition, it says on the homepage that ALL brands are repaired. But when it comes to Asian things, they immediately mobbed why you buy something like that.
Since I put my scooter down for the pickerl, I thought they couldn't ask for too much.
See SMS they wanted to rip me off here again. 1150 € only because the parts are said to be nowhere to be found. nonsense!
RP-Moto.at has ALL spare parts.
I was told that I needed a new steering head bearing. well A buddy repaired it by tightening the screw. Another 100 euros saved.
So I definitely advise against going there. It only ends in frustration.
Oh and because I got the scooter without repairing it, I was immediately shown another one for €2,699. Clear. You immediately buy something new if you want a sticker for the old one.

Ich rate wirklich allen davon ab, dort Ersatzteile zu bestellen.
Zuerst wurde mir gesagt, es würde 4 Tage dauern bis ich mein Teil bekomme, dann 10 Tage....dann waren die Herrschaften 2 Wochen im Betriebsurlaub....jetzt nach mittlerweile fast 4 Wochen musste ich zum 3ten mal nachtelefonieren, wann ich denn meine Teile endlich abholen kann! Jetzt sagt mir wieder ein anderer Herr am Telefon er weiß gar nicht um was es geht er fragt nach...
Dieser Herr rief mich dann zurück und sagte mir ich müsse nocheinmal über eine Woche warten, da es angeblich noch nicht geliefert wurde...
NICHT NUR DASS SICH KEINER BEI MIR MELDET UND MIR SAGT WIE ES AUSSIEHT...nein sie werden jetzt auch noch unfreundlich und sagen mir sie werden sich schon melden, wenn das Teil abholbereit ist..
NIE NIE WIEDER, HÄTTE ICH NICHT SCHON BEZAHLT, WEIL DAS WAR JA AUCH EINE VORAUSSETZUNG, HÄTTE ICH ALLES STORNIERT UND WÄRE ZU EINER PROFESSIONELLEN WERKSTATT GEGANGEN!
Worst service EVER! If I could I would give it 0 stars!
I really advise everyone against ordering spare parts there.
First I was told that it would take 4 days to get my part, then 10 days .... then the gentlemen were on company holiday for 2 weeks .... now after almost 4 weeks I had to call for the third time when I would because I can finally pick up my parts! Now another man on the phone tells me he doesn't even know what it is about, he asks for ...
This gentleman then called me back and told me I had to wait another week because it was supposedly not yet delivered ...
NOT JUST THAT NO ONE CONTACT ME AND TELL ME WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE ... no they are getting rude and tell me they will contact me when the part is ready to be picked up ..
NEVER AGAIN I WOULD NOT HAVE ALREADY PAID BECAUSE THAT WAS ALSO A REQUIREMENT, I WOULD HAVE CANCELED EVERYTHING AND GO TO A PROFESSIONAL WORKSHOP!
