★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein sehr gutes Essen und ein sehr freundliches Personal hab zwar ein bisschen länger gewartet aber das Personal hat sich mit nem Kaffee entschuldigt :).
A very good meal and a very friendly staff waited a little longer but the staff apologized with a coffee :).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essen kalt, sehr unfreundliche Bedienung, 4 Personen gleichzeitig bestellt, 2 Essen kamen gar nicht auf die 4. Nachfrage ob wir vergessen wurden verlor die Kellnerin die Geduld und hat uns angeschrien... Letztlich war der Geschäftsführer sehr bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Leider darf man nicht ausser Acht lassen, dass diese Leute oft unter Hochdruck arbeiten und auch stark unterbesetzt sind....
Food cold, very unfriendly service, 4 people ordered at the same time, 2 food did not come on the 4th demand if we were forgotten the waitress lost patience and shouted at us ... Ultimately, the manager was very hard to find a solution. Unfortunately, one should not forget that these people often work under high pressure and are also heavily understaffed ....

Service white goods great ? service in the restaurant great, advice on the 2nd floor great but the 1st floor is totally disinterested in a customer no advice you have the impression you are not wanted ????? 1st floor zero points all other 5 points

bekommen haben wir so fertige Kartoffellaibchen mit Gemüse....vielleicht auch mit Kürbis?
Die Bedienung bestätigte uns das es eigentlich falsch deklariert wurde. Schade....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top Service. Essen kommt sehr rasch und auch die Freundlichkeit der Kellner ist Top. Immer wieder kommt der zuständige Kellner an den Tisch und fragt ob alles passt. Unser Kellner ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tisch 80 um 12:58. damit auch das Restaurant weiß, welchen Kellner wir meinen? solches Service ist einfach Top. Da kommt man gerne wieder
Top service. Food comes very quickly and the friendliness of the waiters is great. The responsible waiter keeps coming to the table and asking if everything is okay. Our waiter is super friendly and accommodating. Table 80 at 12:58. so that the restaurant also knows which waiter we mean? such service is simply great. You'd love to come back there
