Auch das Service der angetroffenen Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Dennoch gibt es leider aus unserer Sicht 2 große Kritikpunkte: 1. Waren wenige Schultaschen preislich ausgewiesen und 2. waren die Preise doch sehr, sehr hoch. Wir fanden kaum bzw. keine Schultaschen unter €200,-. Dazu muss ich aber auch sagen dass ich die letzte Schultasche vor 20 Jahren gekauft habe, aber €200,- + finde ich schon saftig. Warum zahlt man für eine Schultasche mehr als doppelt so viel wie für einen guten Koffer? Da haben wir wohl viele Jahre übersehen welche Preissteigerungen es in diesem Segment gegeben hat. Nevertheless, from our point of view there are unfortunately 2 major criticisms: 1. Were a few school bags priced and 2. The prices were very, very high. We found little or no school bags under € 200. But I also have to say that I bought the last school bag 20 years ago, but I find € 200, - + already juicy. Why do you pay more than twice as much for a schoolbag as for a good suitcase? We probably overlooked the price increases in this segment for many years.

P	Philipp Lankmayer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe die 3 Jahre alte Schultasche (Neupreis 239,- €, 4 Jahre Garantie) am 16.09.2021 zum Händler in 5301 Eugendorf bezüglich des kaputten Tragegriffs gebracht. Am 12.10.2021 kam dies von der „Reparatur“ zurück. Anstatt den Tragegriff zu tauschen hat man einen Kunststoffüberzieher mit Klettverschluss angebracht. Ich muss sagen ich bin für die Vorgehensweise eines so nahrhaften Unternehmens mehr als erstaunt wenn nicht sogar verärgert. Auch auf mein Mail hin bekam ich folgende Antwort: „Die Schultasche wurde von unserer Seite soweit wieder repariert, damit das Schulkind diesen wieder besser greifen kann . Es ist kein Materialfehler, sondern eine Hilfestellung für das Schulkind.“ Ich denke das geht besser !!! I brought the 3-year-old school bag (new price 239, - €, 4-year guarantee) to the dealer in 5301 Eugendorf on September 16, 2021 regarding the broken handle. On October 12th, 2021 this came back from the "repair". Instead of changing the handle, a plastic cover with Velcro was attached. I have to say I am more than amazed, if not annoyed, with the approach of such a nutritious company. I also got the following answer to my email: “The school bag has been repaired by us so that the schoolchild can grasp it better. It is not a material defect, but a help for the schoolchild. " I think it can be done better!
