Unsere Erwartungen wurden total übertroffen, nach 1 1/2 Stunden war unsere Traumküchen fertig geplant und bestellt. Sehr sympatische und professionelle Beratung und Abwicklung. Today we had an appointment to plan a kitchen with Mr. Cankaya. Our expectations were totally exceeded, after 1 1/2 hours our dream kitchen was planned and ordered. Very personable and professional advice and processing.

Wenn man nachruft, hebt eine unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin ab, die nur ihren Satz runterrattert aber nicht auf den Kunden eingeht. Da erfährt man das telefonisch erst ein Termin vereinbart wird, aber nicht warum die Ware nicht geliefert wurde. Mich sieht diese Laden nicht mehr, so ein Theater!!!!! A bottomless cheek, you get a delivery date by e-mail, but nothing is delivered. If you call, an unfriendly employee answers, who only rattles off her sentence but does not respond to the customer. You will find out that an appointment is only made by phone, but not why the goods were not delivered. This shop doesn't see me anymore, such a theatre!!!!!
E	Emir Besic on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lange Wartezeit, Abholung vom Lager dauert auch Ewigkeiten bzw nur ein einziger Lagerist, unzuverlässige Mitarbeiter so wie unfreundliche Führungskraft! Möbel einerseits sehr schön und anderseits fehlerhafte Möbel bzw. schon beschädigt von Lageristen erhalten. Wegen Umtausch der Reklamierten Ware verliert man schon locker kostbare 2-3 Stunden. Entschädigung der verlorenen Zeit - Fehlanzeige! Long waiting time, picking up from the warehouse also takes ages or only one warehouse clerk, unreliable employees and unfriendly managers! Furniture on the one hand very nice and on the other hand faulty furniture or already damaged received from warehousemen. Because of the exchange of the goods complained about, you lose easily valuable 2-3 hours. Compensation for lost time - no return!

Y	Yurii Ko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only bad experience with Mömax. It takes centuries for your order to arrive. Couch that I’ve received arrive defected. Wrote an email for the replacement and they offered me 40€ to keep it. Then I said that I’m not okay with that and I’d like to return it and still no answer from them for the last two weeks. Called them several times but they always tell you to write an email and over the phone they cannot help you. During last two weeks of waiting for their response I’ve received an automatic email stating that due to corona they are not able to respond quickly. When you go to the shop there are tons of employees just walking around and doing nothing, and they still tell you that they will need more time to respond to my request. DON’T FALL FOR THEIR CHEAP PRICES. SAVE YOUR NERVES AND ORDER AT THE OTHER PLACE!
