★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Möbelix - kost fast nix! Das ich nicht Lache! Nerven, Zeit und Geld kostet es den Kunden! In meinem Fall war es konkret eine minderwertige, defekte und lieblos zusammengeschusterte Wohnlandschaft! Vom Techniker als "wirtschaftlicher Totalschaden" betitelt, nachdem es 7 Wochen dauerte bis er kam. Abholung und Rücküberweisung dauerte abermals 5 Wochen. Warum? Weil die Unfähigkeit einen Rückruf zu tätigen zum normalen Umgang gehört! X-Mal die Kontonummer verlangt wird, die sie auch auf jede erdenkliche Art erhalten haben, aber Mitarbeiter verschwinden über Nacht und leiten ihre ihnen anvertraute Aufgaben nicht weiter! Zuerst wird man wochenlang ignoriert und dann auch noch angeschnauzt weil man sein Geld zurück will. Genau 3 Monate habe ich jetzt auf mein Geld gewartet! Einzig der AK ist es zu verdanken, dass es überhaupt zu Rückrufen und Rücküberweisung geführt hat! NIE WIEDER! Und ich kann nur jedem davon abraten. Ich habe noch nie so ein inkompetentes und dreistes Geschäft erlebt.
 Möbelix - costs almost nothing! That I don't laugh! It costs the customer nerves, time and money! In my case it was specifically an inferior, defective and carelessly cobbled together living area! Dubbed an "economic total loss" by the technician after it took 7 weeks to arrive. Collection and transfer back took another 5 weeks. Why? Because the inability to call back is part of normal dealings! The account number is asked for umpteen times, which they have also received in every possible way, but employees disappear overnight and do not forward the tasks entrusted to them! First you are ignored for weeks and then snapped at because you want your money back. Exactly 3 months I've been waiting for my money! It is only thanks to the AK that it led to recalls and referrals at all! NEVER AGAIN! And I can only advise everyone against it. I have never encountered such an incompetent and rude business.
