M	Marco Thaler on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, hatte immer kompetente und freundliche Beratung, hab mir ein LVS Set gekauft von BCA, Preis war auch einiges unterhalb der Mitbewerber. Weiter so Jungs und Mädls? I can't understand the bad reviews, always had competent and friendly advice, I bought an avalanche transceiver set from BCA, the price was also a lot below the competition. Keep it up boys and girls ?

Schade…. hätte eine Beratung benötigt, doch die Mitarbeiter/innen sind mit dem verräumen der Ware beschäftigt. Sorry, aber kein Geschäft für mich. Sportschuhe ab der Größe 46 sind Mangelware und der einzige Ausgang aus diesem Labyrinth ist wirklich nervig! So I was in the store twice, but unfortunately I wasn't satisfied both times Although I asked for advice, I was directed to the shelf on my own. Pity…. would have needed advice, but the employees are busy clearing away the goods. Sorry, but no business for me. Sports shoes from size 46 are scarce and the only way out of this labyrinth is really annoying!

Super nice staff! We got hold of some bargains, especially our snowshoes we got really cheap. I can only recommend.
M	Melanie Walder on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wollte mit meiner Schwester heute Schuhe kaufen mussten 10-15 Minuten warten, weil die Kassiererin mit den pinken Haaren beschäftigt war sich mit einer anderen Kundin ewig zu halten und es nicht für wichtig fand uns und die anderen Kunden zu bedienen. Ein älterer Herr hatte sich beschwert, die Ware abgelegt mit der Begründung er hat nicht den ganzen Tag Zeit. Die Kundin davor hatte bemerkt, dass alle genervt sind und fragte uns frech was denn los sei und meinte wir sollen gehen wenn wir keine Zeit hätten. Sie wollte dann noch etwas kaufen, damit wir noch länger warten konnten. Wir legten ebenfalls unsre Sachen ab und sind gegangen wurden beleidigt (als was möchte ich im Internet nicht bekannt geben). Bodenlose Frechheit! Als zahlende Kunden so behandelt zu werden. Wanted to buy shoes with my sister today had to wait 10-15 minutes because the cashier with the pink hair was busy with another customer and didn't think it was important to serve us and the other customers. An elderly gentleman had complained and put the goods away on the grounds that he didn't have all day. The customer in front had noticed that everyone was annoyed and asked us cheekily what was the matter and said we should leave if we didn't have time. She then wanted to buy something else so we could wait longer. We also put our things down and left and were insulted (I don't want to say what on the internet). Bottomless cheek! Being treated like that as a paying customer.

Ich konnte mich von Kopf bis Fuß mit einer Wanderausrüstung eingekleiden, welche mit einer sehr gute Qualität zu einem günstigen Preis zu bekommen war. Ich wurde von den Mitarbeitern sehr kompetent beraten, ohne etwas aufgedrängt zu bekommen. Kann dieses Geschäft sehr empfehlen! Very nice employees! Very large selection! I was able to dress myself from head to toe in hiking gear, which was of very good quality and available at a reasonable price. I received very competent advice from the staff without being pushed into anything. Would highly recommend this shop!

Wir kommen sicher wieder, wenn hier jemand einen negativen Kommentar abgibt liegt das Problem nicht am XXL Sports und seinen Team, sondern beim Verfasser selbst von solchen negativen Menschen gibt's heute leider mehr als genug. Great advice on selling bikes, friendly, helpful staff right up to the cash desk, great praise, many thanks, large selection, clean shop. We'll be back for sure, if someone makes a negative comment here, the problem is not with XXL Sports and its team, but with the author himself of such negative people, there are unfortunately more than enough today.
