Support per Email > erfolglos..keine Antwort. Opening hours never match. The shop is always closed. It also often happens that there is a note hanging in front of the door. " Closed today ". Support via email > unsuccessful .. no answer.

W	William Weißgerber on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr schlechter Kundenservice! Habe dort etwas bestellt, was erstmal 1 Woche zu spät ankam und dann auch noch unvollständig. Hab es zurückgeschickt und nichts erstattet bekommen. Wenn man dort anruft, wird auch während der Öffnungszeit gesagt, dass sie gerade mit den Kunden beschäftigt sind. Very poor customer service! I ordered something there that was 1 week late and then incomplete. I sent it back and got nothing refunded. When you call there, it is said during opening hours that they are busy with the customers.

Ich würde davon abraten hier überhaupt etwas zu kaufen Danke für die Antwort das Sie Betriebsurlaub haben. Leider steht aber auf Ihrer Seite nichts. Auch seltsam das ihr Betrieburlaub schon 6 Wochen lang ist. Unfortunately, one star is already too many here. Customer service equals 0. No response to emails, cannot be reached by phone at all. I would advise against buying anything here at all Thanks for the answer that you have company leave. Unfortunately, there is nothing on your side. Also strange that your company vacation is already 6 weeks.

Kunden werden hier allein zurück gelassen mit ihren Problemen. Sieht man ja bei den restlichen Bewertungen! The order was simply canceled by the seller without a goodwill arrangement being made here. Customers are left here alone with their problems. You can see from the other reviews!

Der Händler ist auf eine Ersatzlieferung gar nicht eingegangen, sondern ich sollte zunächst auf eigene Kosten die Ware zurücksenden (Retourenschein ist bei der Firma nicht üblich). Nun behauptet der Händler, die Ware sei nicht angekommen. Also bleibe ich auf allen Kosten sitzen. Alles sehr merkwürdig und spricht eher dafür, dass die Logistik nicht funktioniert. So bleibt das meine erste und letzte Bestellung bei diesem Unternehmen. Habe ich jedenfalls bei mehr als 100 Einkäufen übers Internet noch nie erlebt. Serious? I ordered a bathing cap in S and received it in L. The retailer didn't even respond to a replacement delivery, but I was initially supposed to send the goods back at my own expense (return slips are not common with the company). Now the dealer claims that the goods have not arrived. So I stay seated at all costs. Everything is very strange and rather suggests that the logistics are not working. This will be my first and last order from this company. At least I've never experienced this with more than 100 purchases over the Internet.
