★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leider stimmt hier irgendwie das Gesamtkonzept nicht im Vergleich zu anderen Sportgeschäften. Im Vergleich zum Giga zB ist Intersport spartanisch aufgebaut von der Verkaufsfläche und der Präsentation der Ware her. Beratung is mal so mal so. Aber nie überragend, nicht mal wirklich gut in meinen Augen. (kann natürlich auch sein, dass ich jetzt einfach 3x Pech hatte als ich mich dort zu 2 unterschiedlichen Sportbereichen "Beraten" ließ...) was beim Intersport leider GANZ KLEIN geschrieben wird ist die Kundenzufriedenheit. Da solltet ihr euch mal ein gewaltiges Stück vom Hervis & noch a Stück vom Gigasport abschneiden ? so geht nämlich Kundenservice. Wenn ich mir nämlich zB einen 550€ Skischuh kaufe und ich erst nach 2 Wochen das erste mal damit fahre und merke, dass es doch ein totaler Fehlkauf war, ja dann, dann ist man bei euch im Regelfall angeschmiert - Umtauschrecht 7 Tage ? (nur zum Vergleich: Giga 1 Jahr wenn mas legitim Begründen kann, das selbe beim Hervis, die legen wirklich grossen Wert auf Kundenzufriedenheit). Was noch oben drauf kommt: ihr habt original den höchsten Preis - JA sogar höher als Giga, obwohl die wirklich ein Einkaufserlebnis mit top(!) Beratung liefern. Den 2ten Stern gibt's nur, weil ihr wenigstens ein bisschen ein Sortiment habt und es 1 oder 2 Verkäufer gibt die mögen und verstehn was sie machen..
 Unfortunately, the overall concept is somehow not right here compared to other sports shops. Compared to the Giga, for example, Intersport has a spartan structure in terms of sales area and the presentation of the goods. Advice is sometimes like that. But never outstanding, not even really good in my eyes. (Of course it could also be that I just had bad luck 3 times when I was "advised" there on 2 different sports areas...) what is unfortunately written VERY SMALL at Intersport is customer satisfaction. You should cut off a huge piece of the Hervis & another piece of the Gigasport ? that's how customer service works. For example, if I buy a 550€ ski boot and only ride it for the first time after 2 weeks and realize that it was a total bad buy, then yes, then you are usually screwed - right of exchange 7 days ? (only for comparison: Giga 1 year if mas can legitimately justify it, the same with Hervis, they really value customer satisfaction). What's more: you originally have the highest price - YES even higher than Giga, although they really deliver a shopping experience with top(!) advice. The 2nd star is only there because you have at least a little bit of an assortment and there are 1 or 2 sellers who like and understand what they are doing..

Richtig begeistert bin ich aber jedes Mal vom Personal.
Die Bedienung ist kompetent, freundlich und sympathisch und die Beratung 1a.
Gerne hätte ich die Verkäuferin, die mich heute bediente namentlich erwähnt, hab leider vergessen auf das Namensschild zu schauen (Verkäufer Nummer: 31467). Extrem sympathisch und sicher mitverantwortlich, dass ich mehr kaufte, als ursprünglich beabsichtigt. Jedes Unternehmen kann sich glücklich schätzen, so ein Personal zu haben.
Very well stocked sports shop.
But every time I am really impressed by the staff.
The service is competent, friendly and personable and the advice is excellent.
I would have liked to have mentioned the name of the saleswoman who served me today, but unfortunately forgot to look at the name tag (salesperson number: 31467). Extremely personable and certainly partly responsible that I bought more than I originally intended. Any company is lucky to have such a staff.
