Man kann mehrfach die Seriennummer eingeben beim Computer, dies ist reine Beschäftigungstherapie, weil danach kein Servicemitarbeiter verfügbar wegen angeblicher technischer Störung. Der Kunde stört. Printer B210 will print a companion page by default. Service center not available, due to technical failure. Ladies on the phone can not help. You can repeatedly enter the serial number at the computer, this is pure occupational therapy, because then no service staff available because of alleged technical failure. The customer disturbs.

Wir haben zwei XEROX J75 (sollten eigentlich für hohes Druckaufkommen sein) und mehrere kleinere XEROX Drucker (wie die 5550) im Einsatz. Bei der automatischen Verbrauchsmaterialnachbestückung versagt das System von XEROX total. Bei der händischen Nachbestellung werden laufend die bestellten Mengen reduziert und somit Stillstände in unserer Produktion verursacht. Meine klare Empfehlung: Finger weg von XEROX. Die Hürden bei der Verbrauchsmaterialbestellung verursachen unnötige Kosten und Stillstände die teuer sind. Ein Xerox Drucker scheint aufgrund mangelnder Verständnis der handelnden Personen im Nachbestückungsprozess für Firmen ungeeignet. We have two XEROX J75 (should actually be for high print volumes) and several smaller XEROX printers (like the 5550) in use. The XEROX system totally fails when it comes to the automatic replenishment of consumables. When reordering by hand, the ordered quantities are continuously reduced and thus downtimes in our production are caused. My recommendation: stay away from XEROX. The hurdles when ordering consumables cause unnecessary costs and downtimes that are expensive. A Xerox printer seems unsuitable for companies due to a lack of understanding of the people involved in the replenishment process.
