★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir haben bei Herzdruck (Druck3400, Inh. Roland Hamm) unsere Hochzeitspapeterie beauftragt. Alles in allem eine Katastrophe. Zuerst wochenlange Verspätungen wo argumentiert wird man kann ja nicht für die Lieferzeiten der Materialien, kein entgegenkommen trotz Terminverlust. Dann ging es weiter mit einer "irrtümlich" falsch gedruckten Speisekarte bei der Hochzeit und zu guter Letzt dann auch noch das Passwort für die Online Galerie in den Dankeskarten in Großbuchstaben gedruckt trotz der korrekten Beauftragung. Offensichtlich wird hier so schlampig gearbeitet, dass ich nur jedem abraten kann hier (Herzdruck, Druck3400 Ing. Roland Hamm) zu bestellen. Wenn ich könnte würde ich 0 Sterne geben.
We commissioned our wedding stationery from Herzdruck (Druck3400, owner Roland Hamm). All in all, a disaster. First of all, there are weeks of delays where there is an argument that you cannot afford the delivery times of the materials, despite the loss of deadlines. Then it went on with an "erroneously" wrongly printed menu at the wedding and, last but not least, the password for the online gallery in the thank you cards printed in capital letters despite the correct assignment. Obviously the work here is so sloppy that I can only advise everyone to order here (Herzdruck, Druck3400 Ing. Roland Hamm). If I could I would give it 0 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe noch nie gesehen, dass Auto-Aufkleber nicht wasserfest produziert werden. Anstatt den Kunden darauf hinzuweisen, produziert man sie einfach und verrechnet sie. Tja, für 16,80 und Aufkleber, die ich nicht gebrauchen kann, gibt es halt jetzt eine negative Bewertung und einen Kunden, der schon einiges dort produzieren ließ, weniger! Reklamation wurde verweigert - auch so kann man Kunden vertreiben!
I have never seen car stickers not being produced waterproof. Instead of pointing it out to the customer, they simply produce it and charge it. Well, for 16.80 and stickers that I do not need, there is now a negative rating and a customer who has already produced quite a bit there, less! Complaints were denied - even so you can drive away customers!
